The book comes up To date as early advertisements for 1979s Star Trek The Motion Picture is included. first and foremost Though The book completes The original UK comics from 1972-79 and like The first Two volumes comes in a large coffee Table Style presentation book fully dust jacketed. if you own The first Two volumes you will know what to expect and even if you are just Thinking of purchasing one This would be The volume To go for. with all Three books released To coincide with Star Trek The Original Series 50th anniversary The early History of Star Trek is now really complete This book comes Highly recommended.

Another quality volume in the reprinted UK Comics series.Quality reprinting & additional materials. a pleasure to look through.The only issue is why they placed the detailed 2 part encyclopedia in volumes 2 & 3 at the front of the book before the comics, it should have been in the back so you don't have to flip through it every time before you get to the comics & all the covers from all the volumes are in one cover gallery in this volume rather than each volume having its own cover gallery.Aside from these odd decisions the quality of the main product is great.

Delivery excellently fast, busy time of year. I found it to be excellently drawn, with interesting stories, although I did not get through all, it being agift for a huge Star Trek fan. She loves all Star Trek, but began with 'original', and thus, it's top favorite still for her.
