Q: Does this work with a new otter box case? I have had several iq chargers not work due to the case.

Don't know if it'll work,..but I can tell you the case of the phone will need to be somewhat thin, otherwise, charging will be an issue. I work construction and had an Otter box style case(can't recall actual name) and I needed to change the case to a thinner one to be able to use the charger. I just have to be a lot more careful; with my phone on the jobs.

Q: Will this fit Samsung 23 ultra?

I am not sure about the Samsung but it fits an iPhone with room to spare

Q: I have an SR-5 without a charging station. Can this be integrated in?

Likely, that is what it serves, the SR5 Tundra per stated years. Just follow the install sheet using the cig lighter for power and it should work. Be very careful how you route the power cord out per the sheet. You must already have the console that looks like the pic.
