This organic cacao powder has a rich, deep chocolate flavor that I love using in my smoothies and baking recipes. It blends well and has no weird aftertaste like some other brands. I really appreciate that it’s organic and unsweetened. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because the quantity felt a bit smaller than I expected.

It has no aftertaste in cooking and is so rich and creamy in flavor. It adds so much flavor to whatever I put it in...from coffee to brownies and cakes.
