Discouraged
Badge holder is very cute but I am discouraged on the way it retracts. It gets dnagged and diesnt retract smoothly

Not very good for infection control
Not metal. The heart is rubber and the silver is painted plastic. Not very good for infection control. Cute, but expected something else

Fell apart as soon as I opened the package
As soon as I opened the package the casing fell apart and the reel popped out like one of those snakes in a can. On the plus side, I know how the stupid thing works now. Total waste of money and time on my part.
