Beautiful Blade!
I was shopping for another Wustof, but I just can't swing the price of one right now. I saw some extremely good reviews on this knife in videos from chefs, and because it was affordable, I went ahead and bought it.So far I really love it. I needed a bigger chef knife in my kitchen, and this is doing the job perfectly for me.

Very nice meat fork!
This is exactly the type of meat fork that I was looking for. It appears to be very well made, and I feel it was a decent price for what I received. I don’t think you would be disappointed if you purchase this meat fork.

Excellent knife
Mercer Culinary Zum knives are excellent knives. I purchased several Zum knives after I gave my 14-pc Wusthof classic knife set to my son. I wasn't willing to spend a pile of money on another set of Wusthofs. I bought the Zum 5-pc set as well as a few other Zum knives for a fraction of the cost of Wusthof knives. The quality of the steel used to construct Mercer Zum knives is identical to that used by Wusthof. The only difference is in the polishing of the steel. I find that most Mercer Zum knives have some narrow scuff marks which you can only see when holding one of the knives at a certain angle. Hence the 4-star rating instead of 5. This does not take anything away from the performance of the Zum knives. Each knife is well made, ergonomically correct and the fit and finish of the POM handles is excellent. Every Zum knife is well balanced and the blades are razor sharp. There's really nothing to complain about. If you're looking for quality knives and don't want to break the bank, Mercer Culinary is the way to go.

Si quieres un cuchillo para toda ocasión, resistente y bien hecho este es el adecuado. Todas las características de un buen cuchillo aleman: hecho con aceros de alta calidad, forjado, construcción completa (full tang) buen filo de fábrica, ergonómico, etc. a un precio razonable.Ventajas: Es un buen cuchillo para uso diario. Es lo suficientemente cómodo y versátil para cocinar para mucha gente. Tiene buen filo y es fácil de afilar.Desventajas: Es hecho en china, el control de calidad es bueno, pero nunca tendrá la calidad de laManofactura suiza o alemana. No trae estuche o funda donde guardarlo y es difícil guardarlo de manera segura.

Champion Paring Knife
I discovered this paring knife in someone else's kitchen and I sort of had to have it. I have quite a collection of paring knives, but this is the best one.... I started using it immediately. It is made from a high carbon steel, not stainless steel, meaning it stays sharper longer, but it is more brittle and rusts easier than stainless steel. So, the tradeoff is that you simply have to clean it and dry it immediately, but that is my established kitchen routine anyway, for I like to keep my knives in good shape. The handle has a good ergonomic shape, so it is very comfortable to hold. This knife is a winner.

La mejor marca de cuchillos de la gama media
Sin duda esta marca es la mejor para trabajos en la cocina, los usamos a diario y dándoles el mantenimiento correcto y afilando 1 vez por semana con la chaira sin duda son el mejor aliado para cocinar, este chiquitin lo compre adicional, tengo el pack de 5 cuchillos Zum desde hace 3 años y la verdad por eso compre otro, ya que lo uso mucho para pelar fruta y cortar ajos en pequeños cuadritos. Compre un repuesto (180 pesitos)... Muchos se quejan que se manchan, es normal en este tipo de acero, si ni los secas correctamente, ya que estan hechos con Acero al carbono, es algo diferente al acero inoxidable, ya que estos cuchillos el acero es muy duro, dura mas el filo que un acero inoxidable que es un poco mas blando, tenia unos de acero inox quirúrgico y ambos tienen su pros y contras, no hay un acero perfecto, es segun tus necesidades. Pero esta marca la recomiendo mucho.

Buena construcción
Es el segundo cuchillo de esta línea que adquiero para complementar el de chef. Me gustan bastante, buen material y me agrada como se sujetan. Creo que darán buen servicio por muchos años.
