Great product, worked really well.

I used it to descale my sage coffee machine, and it works just fine.Compared to other descalers, I cannot see any difference. Therefore I think it's a nice alternative to the more expensive products.At about 1.4£ per dose, I think it's a good deal.

The problem with this Lactic Acid descaler is that it has to be measured out rather than being in dosed sachets or in a clear bottle with markings on the side. I find that rather a bind. My machine takes 1l every time I have to descale, which means this bottle only gives me 2.5 doses. That makes it rather an expensive product compared to my usual descaler. I cannot comment on the efficacy of the product as there is little way of telling in the short term how well my coffee machine is being descaled but I usually re-use the descaler liquid after it has been through the coffee machine to clean out my kettle and water flosser and this did not really do as good a job as I am used to. Overall then, I'm not impressed and will stick to measured sachets in future.
