Lovely slip. Better than the photograph. I was concerned that the lace might look inexpensive and shiny but it's beautiful. I think if you look at the photographs of the lighter colors this slip is offered in you will get a better idea of the quality and texture of the lace trim. I'm 5'9" and like wearing tunics over leggings but often find it hard to find tunics long enough. This is a perfect solution. Great for under mini-dresses as well to make them more work appropriate or age appropriate if you've tired of hearing people whisper as you go by, "Why in the world is that old lady wearing a miniskirt? It's ridiculous." Problem solved. Now they exclaim, "Look how elegant and hip that old broad looks in that laced trimmed frock!" Or at least they're thinking it.I was nervous to order a medium because of some recent weight gain but I'm in denial and cry when I order a large in anything. Fortunately the medium was generously sized.Don't hestitate; order it. High quality and useful.

I ordered the “champagne” and it is a little more taupe, a little darker/greyer than the pic shows... A nice color still... It did not however match the dress I got it for so it will be going back. I thought about keeping it anyway because it is a very nice item. The fabric of the slip section has stretch to it! I am 5’6” 160lbs size 10-12, 33/42 waist/hips, took a chance and ordered a Medium. It fits fine actually except the waist band is a little tight.. just depends how tight you can tolerate, it’s very different for a lot of people..

This is a great little half slip, in the dark navy color as shown. Seems well made, & can be machine laundered (I will use a laundry bag to protect it and make it last longer). Fits well, has ample enough room without being bulky under a skirt.This is not a 'control' type slip - it is a woven fabric that flows nicely and doesn't cling.

These are so much prettier and well made than I was expecting. They have quite a bit of stretch. I was worried the small would be too loose since I have a 24inch waist, but they are perfect. I am 5ft tall and, at my natural waist, they hit right at my knees. If I put the waistline to my hips (28inches with plenty of extra stretch to spare), they hit a couple inches below my knees. Perfect for what I was looking for. For someone a bit taller, these will be good for turning minidresses into normal dresses, but not so much for making dresses tea-length or midi length.

The color you see online is much lighter than actual slip. The "Champagne" color I ordered is actually more "Latte" or "taupe". It didn't match at all the item I wanted it for. Quality seems fine, and it is pretty - nice if it matches what you want to wear it with. I'm giving it 3 stars because it did not work for me. If it had right color I would rate it a 5 star item.

thin but not see through, comfortable and perfect for what I wanted. I wear it as a skirt with a tshirt and black suit jacket.

I love it!!! I've got it after I bought a dress online that I fell in love with after the first glance and then, when it arrived, realized it was a bit too short for my taste. The dress is bluish-silver with a small white embroidery and this extender is perfect to wear underneath. It fits as expected, the color is more in between gray and silver and it arrived quickly. I've got a gray sweater that I plan on wearing with this extender when it gets colder. I'm pretty sure I'll find more uses for it over time. If you like layering like I do, even if you don't need a skirt/dress extender, get it and see where the combinations take you. For reference, I'm size S/M (depending what/where I'm buying) and this in medium fits great- little longer and looser (I could've probably got away with small) but I like it.

Perfect for wearing under a long shirt. You can see the seem from where the lace connects to the silk, that’s the only downfall imo
