Better than regular
This is excellent farfel. I am the only one who has to eat gluten free, but my family prefers the GF farfel to their regular farfel.

Not to be used for stuffing or anything requiring cooking with hot water.
Do not use this as a substitute for any Matzah Farfel. I made the mistake of using this as I do regular Matzah Farfel - in my stuffing. Luckily I decided to bake it separately. What happened is that the tapioca starch and potato starch melted and we had this interesting glob. Luckily, I'd used moroccan spices so it was still usable as a form of turkey gravy. However, without friends and family with a sense of humor - and already fairly full of chicken soup and Matzah balls - this could have been quite embarassing. I am not saying his might not be useful for some other recipes, but none I havel
