5 Stars because of versatility & quality, but 1 star for directions. Please do something about the directions and parts labeling. You must be patient to put this together but it’s worth it when you’re done! two competent people can put this together in about 4 hours even with bad instructions and no parts labeling. Two people can work out at a time and if you buy the package with the weight plates just note, there is a greasy film on them that makes them slippery. Overall a great home gym that makes you feel like you’re at the gym.

Great quality home gym, it's easier to follow the instruction video vs the booklet. It took a while for us to put together but it's not difficult. Just a lot of parts. Overall we love it!

I love this set up worth every penny. Easy assembly didn't take as long as expected. Nothing negative to say. Total win!

Materials are good quality, good sizes garage gym set, bench it’s very comfortable. So far everything looks good. I will review again in about 6 months. But so far so good , also price it’s good.Only problem I see, it’s assembly instructions.Good thing, I found a video on YouTube (same company) so it’s not so badBut overall 9.5 out of 10

So far this is the best thing I have ever bought. Set up was easy. Put it together by meslf off and on when i had time. All together took me about 3 an a half hours. My kids love it too. This thing has everything you need to start working out. Will give another update in a few months.

The Pros:-Looks cool-Fairly solid-Pretty versatile-Would be a good value with a few fixes-Customer service is responsive (even if they can’t help, at least they don’t ghost you)-Bench is quite niceThe Cons-5 hours to build will multiple situations where you will be forced to unbuild an re-build components because the direction don’t go in correct order.-Shipping and packaging do not protect the equipment and my order came with Broken cable and several damaged pieces. It looked well-used before ever using it. The paint chips and flakes off easily to begin with. I’m afraid to see what this is going to look like after using for a couple of weeks.-There were already rusty pieces when it came and I’m afraid the rust will spread quickly and make this junky and unsafe. For now it’s just a nuisance.-The kit was missing a piece (customer service sent right away but that still added two weeks before full assembly)-Beat up weights during shipping and came with gouges and scratches and were covered in oily substance. For the price, I would purchase weights elsewhere. If I wanted weights that looked used, I would buy them used for 1/3rd the cost.-The pulley attachment is horrible and will not run smoothly up and down the track. Not sure if I just had bad luck with this component. The pull-pin is also the worst I have seen - a cheap plastic knob that is not secure feeling. Surprised nobody else complained about this.-The rack is not compatible with rack attachments from any other companies. If you get this, don’t expect to be able to use add-ons from anyone else.-Quality control is generally inconsistent - the worst case is with the smith machine where the safety lever is maybe 20 degrees crooked. Safety issue.-MOST IMPORTANTLY the inner diameter of the SML09 is way too wide to safely use an Olympic bar for bench press or squatting. I have a 7.2ft bar and there is maybe a half inch of margin on each side to re-rack. I assure you it feels like even less space when lifting heavy. Customer service tried to say that’s ok, but every person I have asked unanimously agrees it is a dangerous and poorly designed feature. They also said the dimensions were clearly posted but that’s not true as only the outer diameter was posted. Shame on me for assuming a gym rack would properly fit an Olympic bar. All of Major Lutie’s other models have more narrow inner widths and yet they claim this was on purpose. If so, then why is the newer model back to the narrow width?-I would have returned this right away but they will only allow a return in the original packaging. The packaging took up half my basement so I threw it away. Even if that weren’t the case, I don’t know if I’d love the idea of spending another 6 hours to break this down and repackage it.Ultimately I spent $2.5k for a system that doesn’t really work for what I wanted it for. I’m hoping that they can correct these issues or help me exchange for a system with a more narrow inner width but for now I’m just disappointed. I wanted to love the underdog…

This was truly a breeze to set up with easy to understand directions! This all-in-one rack home gym package is the perfect gym replacement. Extremely sturdy. High quality for the price. You couldn’t ask for a better trainer on a budget!
