These headphones are very comfortable to wear and are much sturdier than my previous headphones. They come with accessories for use with PC, Tablet/phone as well as for the TV.They are powered headphones with amplification and Tone controls.The Tone control is concealed under the left hand cover.The Lithium battery concealed under the right hand cover is like the ones found in mobile phoned and claims to last up to 40 hours. This will depend on the amount of amplification you select. I recharge mine weekly using the supplied USB cable. Even though I have forgotten to turn them off overnight several time now, they have not yet run out of power.The Sound is very clear and I am very pleased with it.N.B. Just a warning, about the volume control. It is a Knurled wheel close to the on/off switch. If you fumble to turn the headphones off while they are on your head you can accidently turn up the volume so that next time you use them you can be shocked by the increased volume. Be Warned!

excellent sound could not fault them

This is a great headset for those of us who are hard of hearing. The inbuilt amplifier, tone and volume controls greatly improve the ability to hear and clearly understand conversations. However, I am disappointed that such a good pair of headphones has been let down by inferior connecting leads. The leads are unscreened, which is not acceptable for quality audio equipment. Being unscreened, the leads pick up Radio Frequency (RF) interference from other nearby devices and need to be moved around to minimize this interference. If screened leads were provided, this would be an excellent headset for hearing impaired people.

Super, crystal clear sound and comfortable to wear. The 5m cable can be stretched, but because it's coiled and under tension, it ends up stretching above floor level, which is a little uncomfortable and awkward if someone else is in the room. If you really need that length, it's probably best to substitute the coiled cable with an ordinary extension cable.

Great headphones, my original ones had a charging fault. The Manufacturer got in touch with me and after a few tests they replaced them with no issues at all. Absolutely refreshing to get such customer service.Super product with a manufacturer that cares about its customers. Thank you !

These are excellent headphones and the voice enhancement by volume and tone control are very effective for anyone suffering loss of hearing. They are comfortable, easy to use and have a long battery life on a charge. In my dealings with the company I have always found them helpful and efficient. Highly recommended.

Great headphones purchased for my dad who is very hard of hearing. They work great on TV and cd player. He uses them on the iPhone for zoom calls which he was finding great difficulty hearing with the earphones supplied with phone.The only thing to be aware of is that if you want to use with a phone make sure that the connector you by is able to support phone calls (this was a mistake I made which was nothing to do with the headphones themselves).
