The jump rope quality was great, weight was functional, easy to use, tangle resistant, and value for my money.

I’m m 69 and bored of riding the stationary bike for cardio. I tried jogging and it’s dependent on weather, and feels higher impact. I tried a lightweight rope and it was giving no upper body exercise. This is the perfect rope. In the beginning it was slow and hard to jump barely coming off the ground for low impact without getting hung up. I started off plowing through 50 jumps. I was out of breath and had to do it in several attempts. Now I do 8 sets of 50 jumps without incident. It really gets up a sweat and I feel more strength in my upper body. My heart rate goes nice and high. My goal is to add 2 sets a month until I get to 1,000 jumps. After that I’ll go to timing by minutes. This came with two styles of rope. I have only used the one it came with so far. Super happy with this. My goal is to go to sets of 100 and increase as I can. Thank you!

This is a pretty good value. Comes with a cotton and a poly rope. The poly doesn't have a cable in it. I actually prefer it over the cotton though it is louder. The caps on the handles are very cheaply made and I stripped one just messing with it. Comes with extra clamps for the rope that are used to adjust length and it is easily adjustable. 4 stars just due to the handles being so cheaply made. It's a cosmetically nice rope that does the job though

Bought this for my Adult Son. It’s made very good, I was really surprised on how strong and nice it is. Highly recommended it.

Gives me a better workout than the standard rope. Good quality, no issues.
