I have used and it help me but there is a risk of a neck damage if the dog is hyperactive for example if want to chase a cat. It gave me control of a GSD puppy to a point when walking on the lead although I have also the lead locked to the harness. I got finally the Canny Collar that it is much better because not only can be used as a collar but it pulls down instead of side ways what gives a very safe full control of the dog, it although may be a bit slower to put on.

The plastic latch undoes easily and my dog hates wearing it. I don't rate it.

Bit big for my labrador, but has really helped inprove him. Forget harness' rhis give you total control. It is impossible gfor him to pull.
