Great Product and Great Customer Service.
First let me say I very much love these Lucky Eye bracelets. They are lovely. The price is perfect. I have them in red, blue and black. My favorites are the ones with the same color spacers. So far none have broken, even though I wear them every day. I have sent them as gifts to friends/relatives who were seriously ill to give them a sense of confidence that all would be well. So far so good. I was wearing one of my bracelets in the grocery store. The cashier admired my bracelet and asked about its meaning. I said it was to ptotect me from bad things. He proceeded to tell me about all the bad things that recently had happened to him. I took off my bracelet and said, “Here, be protected!” He immediately put on my bracelet and began to show off the bracelet to the other cashiers much to my delight. So, I had to order more for myself. Unfortunately, I had a problem with an item missing from my order (s). This was unusual since I have ordered many of these bracelets before, and all went well. Now, for the Good News Shout Out! Both Amazon and Online Market Club have the best customer service EVER. Both Amazon and Online Market Club rectified the problem quickly and with much appreciated graciousness. Thank you so much!
