Rust-Oleum Colour Shift Base Coat 150ml

Used this to give my bike a makeover. The effect is quite satisfying. Took 5 cans of black primer, and 4 cans of Colour shift, then finished with some clear lacquer.

Brilliant spray

.It does not cover 5ms .. more like half a meter squared.. its best for small areas e.g. ornaments .. i tried to do a smallsih wall.. im 9 cans in and its a distaster so patchy and a very concentrated spray line... so very stresky.. im going to try a further 6 cans and then i think i will have to give up. Ps goes best over a black. Where it isnt pathcy and uneven it does look good and the colour shift is great... just pick smaller areas wouldnt recomemd trying to do a wall

The first can was great the second can spluttered and just dribbled and spluttered paint everywhere ruining my project

First ignore any reviews that say its just a glitter spray paint. They clearly didn't read the product description that very very clearly states you need to use a black gloss primer.The size of the can is small yes. But then you dont need much to get the desired finish. Unless you really want a thick and heavy coating then sure. I painted a 54" steel road bike frame and fork. 2 cans of the black primer and 2 cans of the green colour shift. Nice strong and thick coverage to get a deep green shift.

Major disapoitment. I came out to do sone art work and the colour on the cap was green glittery as if the paint was actually green, to find out it is just glittery shimmer.It clearly says cap shows actual colour. I was already dissapointed when I saw the size of the tin for the price.Do not buy.

Really pleased with the result and the effect. You do need to ensure that the surface you are painting is black before using this otherwise you won't get this effect. It's basically a clear coat with glitter in it.
