Q: What is recommended for a size 38?

They are pretty accurate on sizing. It really all depends on the type of fit you would like. If you wear 38 in jeans, but want really loose shorts, I might think of a size larger. They flex really well so you really don't need to go larger if you don't want to. They are not super loose like basketball shorts though. Most do not want that in their workout shorts.
