Smells good but doesn’t permeate through the house

The scent is very nice. The candle is large with three wicks. The wicks were a bit short, needed to empty the wax to keep it going at first. Update: this candle is higher maintenance than I would like. The wicks are so short they are put out with the wax. In order to keep it lit, I will have to cut out quite a bit of the wax surrounding the wicks, making for a less attractive candle, should be a better candle for the price.

Simply love Home Lights candles. I usually buy the standard ones (which actually last longer) but decided to add a bit of pizzazz. The candle did not have much scent to it. So much so, that we didn't realize it was on and left it running all night. Admittedly, the container is cute but what am I going to do with an oversized cup? Lesson learned. Stick to what you know.

As many other reviewers mention - these candles are hit or miss. I purchased the sandalwood first. Great smell, strong. It almost burned evenly to the bottom. It required a little scraping here and there of the wax on the side, but eventually worked out as it got lower.The 2nd candle I purchased was the Balsamic Cedar. The scent on this is great, but it's not strong. The wicks are not centered and this candle is burning with a crater. Nothing I can can get the burn to even out.The burns are long, which is nice, so the dollar value is worth it (so far). I'll try a 3rd candle and see how it goes and update my review.Update: Ordered a 3rd candle. Opened the box and it was packaged upside down. The wax slid right out of the glass jar, hit the floor and broke in half. I can fit it back into the jar.. we’ll see how this burns.

Pro's:This candle really is huge. It's a bucket of candle, and it can fill an entire room with scent. It's a 3 wick candle, and the 3 wicks do melt the entire top surface of wax, which maximizes the scent output. Greater molten wax surface area=more potent scent release. The ceramic vase it comes in really is very pretty. I'm planning on using mine for an orchid, if I can ever use the entire thing in this lifetime.Con's:I'm not in love with the scent. It smells a little like baby powder, which I'm not a huge fan of. With that said, most cheap candles give me headaches. This candle does not. There is nothing about this candle that is sub-par, I just don't enjoy the smell as much as I could.Overall, this is a wonderful candle, and a potent air-freshener. If I had to take a single candle into the mountains with me to last over the winter until spring thaw, this one would be the one I'd take. The vase it comes in is beautiful, and unlike many other 3 wick candles, the wax melts evenly, as I've shown in one of my attached images. The smell could be a little more pleasant, but also I'm being picky.

👍PROS: The candle was much larger than I expected. The container is heavy, appears ceramic, and the colors are vivid, bold, and eye catching. The three wicks put out a ton of light so if it's ambience your looking for this candle is your match, pun intended 😉.👎CONS: Sadly, there is but one con, the smell while fantastic is hardly noticeable when the candle is lit, though get some wax on your hand unboxing the candle and YOU will smell it all day. I find, however that people don't like having your fingers thrust in their face while you invite them to "smell your candle". It lacks a certain amount of dignity and a monumental amount of class. But I digress, my point of course was that this candle does not scent a room so if you are trying to make your home SMELL inviting this candle would NOT be your match.My experience after about 6 straight hours of burn time is that this candle burns evenly and uniformly. As with all large candle I'm sure that this will depend largely on the duration of each burn. Short burns being VERY BAD for most candle if you want uniformity. Of course if this can't be avoided and you have wax that no longer melts when the candle is lit you can always use that wax in a wax cube melter. Just scoop it out and even the candle back up. This candle's soy wax is soft and very easy to manipulate at room temperature.I also found a contact/wall paper on Amazon that matches my candle exactly! I have the Leather &Saffron scented candle.

Love this brand of soy candles. The balsam & cedar and the lavender both smell great.

So I never seen a candle as big as this before lol. Its bigger than my biggest mug in my kitchen. You need to turn it on early so you can start smelling the candle. You dont smell the candle immediately. But about 30 minutes in the smell will start seeping into all the rooms. Its a strong odor once its fully burning. You can keep this candle for literally 3 months its so big. And I love the esthetic look of the candle jar. I love this candle & will be getting more scents in the future

I have ordered from here in the past and the first candle I bought smelled lovely. It burned evenly for all 72 hours. The French Riviera one I currently have is burning unevenly. For whatever reason, mine has a hole in the centre. For the price point, I don’t think think it is matching the quality. I am fairly disappointed. It still smells lovely and the projection is great, but it’s burning so unevenly I don’t know if it will burn all the way through, which will be a waste of such a lovely smelling candle.

This is an attractive candle holder. The candle has a nice scent, but it is not too strong. I got this for a friend and she likes it.

It’s pretty to keep on a table and smells great. You do have to like oud. It’s not an overwhelming scent, it’s soft, & keeping it lit for a few hours & blowing it out the smell lingers I would say for 5+ hours? Maybe more. At this point, I’m not sure how long the entire candle burns for. I will definitely repurchase.

Smelled okay. Then I read label at bottom of the candle stating it contained toxic chemicals and not to touch candle or inhale fumes? Like what? This is supposed to be something people burn indoors. How do you not inhale the fumes? Sent it back.
