Great product! There was a significant reduction in scaling and redness. I saw visible results within just a couple of days. I also appreciated the convenient travel size, which made it easy to carry with me. Additionally, the product had no noticeable smell and a light, non-greasy texture.

I swear by hypochlorous acid for wound cleaning as well as atopic dermatitis itching. It can be hard to find in local pharmacies as it is kind of “old school” I think, but sometimes “old school” works a lot better (and with a lot less side effects) than newer medications. Most hypochlorous acid also comes in squirt bottles which leads to a ton of wasted product, so this bottle has a very nice spray which releases the product easily and without waste. It also is 8 ounces, and so the price for this bottle is the same as I have paid for 4 ounce bottles which have a squeeze bottle stream of product which is not ideal for treating atopic dermatitis (but a pressure stream of course does work well for cleaning a wound).The smell is pleasant enough..nothing that detracts from the product, but nothing that adds to it either..so pretty neutral, although clearly is does not smell as neutral as water. :)I would recommend this product to others..it is made in the USA, is a good value, and works great for atopic dermatitis. Will definitely buy again!

I get occasional bouts of dermatitis, and I have no clue as to what causes it. Sometimes I suspect it may be related to airborne or food allergies.The condition causes an itches rash, and if I don't pay attention and keep myself from scratching I can experience bleeding, and naturally, scabbing.This product has no scent that I can detect, which I really, really like. Unlike so many of the steroidal treatments it's not greasy or oily. Instead, it's almost the consistency of water, and looks like water. It absorbs well into the skin. It seems to be a good moisturizer, as well. I like the fact that it uses a pump-type sprayer, rather than having aerosol propellants.I like that there is no residue from this stuff. With the creams and ointments I have experienced a good deal of staining of clothing.I'm very hopeful that this will be effective, but I won't know until my next flareup. It's a bit on the expensive side for an over-the-counter product, but if it works I'm okay with the price.

Doesn’t work and gave me a rash. It has a bad smell and just found out it’s no refundable! Very disappointing

We like to avoid chemicals and medications as much as possible, going for more natural solutions when reasonable. I love how safe this is to use for all different types of issues and on all ages. I feel just as comfortable using it on my toddler’s bug bite that he scratched open as I do on my teenagers minor burn from touching a hot pan or my own skin rash from allergies. It seems to lessen the pain/irritation and help speed up the healing process, and all in a very safe and natural way. I am glad to have found this product and feel confident recommending it to others.

I chose this for my kid who gets flares of eczema breakouts as a way to get fast relief, but it dies nothing for her to stop the itch and irritation. Her hands and wrists especially get breakouts and I had hoped that this spray would bring her relief, but it does not.However, it does not hurt or irritate her sensitive skin, and it soaks in quickly. I purchased this Loma Lux New Eczemol OTC Spray mainly to use on my 15-month old granddaughter, who suffers from occasional eczema flares on her arms, chest, and back.And we are so very impressed with the results; after the first day of use, all of her eczema patches had almost disappeared.Also, she just got her first scraped knees over the weekend, after falling down at the park. Luckily, we had this spray on hand in her diaper bag, and we applied it immediately on both of her knees.By the time we got home, maybe 2 hours later, the scrapes were already healing & looked so much better; it was actually incredible to see how fast it started working!This product is fantastic, helps multiple skin conditions, and we could not be happier to have found a convenient spray that is safe for both children & adults.Will definitely repurchase & highly recommend!

I was really hoping that the Loma Lux New Eczemol OTC Spray would be a solution to my eczema, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The spray was very watery, and it didn't seem to have any effect on my skin at all. In fact, it seemed to make my eczema worse. The bottle also didn't seem properly sealed, which was concerning.I was very disappointed with this product, especially considering its price. At $27.99 for 8 ounces, it's quite expensive, and I didn't feel like it was worth the money at all. I don't think I'll be purchasing this product again, and I wouldn't recommend it to others either.
