This is a wonderful mattress (so far, haven't had it long enough to say anything about durability), allowing my body to relax enough to sleep through the night despite Fibromyalgia and various back issues. I particularly appreciate the overall firmness tempered by a soft-ish top layer. The body sinks a little into it, but it feels more dynamic to me than what I'm used to with memory foam; no direct / rigid shaping around the body, no weird adjustments after turning. And it doesn't feel as hot as some memory foam mattresses I had.The seller information could be clearer. This mattress comes in "regular" and "firm", and you have to guess which one is sold here from the Item Model Number (it's the "regular"). And, the original sales price of £693 refers to Super King Size; smaller sizes are a lot cheaper to begin with, therefore not quite the "steal" you'd think (my small double's original price is listed as £350).Would rate this mattress' firmness as 4/7. I'm used to firmer mattresses, usually reflex foam (my last one was a Breasley Postureform Deluxe), because my body seems to be able to relax better on a firm surface. This one feels a little too soft / wobbly to me but seems to give the same sort of support than a firmer mattress while feeling more comfortable.It's rather heavy (17kg), at least compared to my last foam mattresses and has no side handles, so rotating it is a bit of a palaver even with help. It doesn't need / shouldn't be turned though. The specific layering of materials means that this mattress has a definite top and bottom, and you don't want to lie on the bottom.

Excellent mattress, value for money. Very good back support. Highly recommend

this was bought for a spare room so hasn't properly been "tested" yet, however my partner who has a back implant lay on it and said the memory foam moulded perfectly around it and couldn't feel herself laying on it so that's a winner in my books...She's used it a couple of times when the implant has been a bother and had a good nights sleep for it :)

I was worried this would be a poor version of Tempura, but it is a very comfortable mattress. Be aware it is quite firm (if you like a SOFT mattress) but I am sleeping much better and not waking up feeling sore and stiff. Great value for money, I would certainly recommend it. For balance I must say my partner thinks it's fine but is not blown away, so personal preference is clearly important, but she has no complaints or problem with the mattress. She is quite small so maybe it's a bit firm if you are petite, but I am 6'4" and 100Kg and the mattress is great for me. There, i think that about covers it....:)

I am a long-time memory foam mattress devotee but this is like sleeping on the pavement! It is really firm and nothng like other quality memory foam mattresses I have had before. From previous reviews, I guessed that it might be a little firm but I can honestly say that in the month I have now owned this, I have NOT slept well and neither has my husband! Also, this mattress was bought with the claim that is significantly cooler to sleep on than 'normal' memory foam. It is NOT cooler!One month on, we can take no more and need a good nights sleep so it is going into the spare room and for now, we are reclaiming our old one!

Great mattress very comfortable "but very firm"doesn't have the spring back feel (which I assumed it would have,although doesn't state this) I hope in time it gives a bit,but very happy with purchase and the price I paid.

Not as hard as I would have liked, but very good mattress. A few people Have said about it being to hard it's really not at all I would recommend this product. I had a memory foam mattress for the past 6years and used to wake up with back pain regularly but I haven't woke up once with pain with this mattress its distributes your body weight very evenly. Stop looking just buy it you won't be disappointed!!

Good product, item was not quite the same size as an identical order which caused issues with our day bed. Came 2 days late as well
