I don’t know why I like these so much. But there is something quite satisfying in the morning when you take them off and see the results. I don’t know if they actually have any health benefits but I still like using them.

Comes in desperate packages. You have to attach the pads to the adhesive yourself which is a bit of a fiddle. Once on adhesive sticks very well to your skin and they lasted all night until I wanted to remove them in the following morning. Not convinced only having two ingredients that do as advertised completely but good for the money.

Not a doctor although can say one thing, I had put it o. For 3 4 minutes and by accident it didn't stick, checked it out and it was black from the start, it gets some heat and a small amount of moisture and yeah looks like it's doing something..Concept might be good and it might have something beneficial after the whole night or multiple,but don't look that it turned black as a sign its working. It just dose it after a couple of minutes on, even try it on your hand when it sweets slightly..

Easy to use, just ensure they are the right way round when you apply

I normally buy these type of detox foot patches, as they help me with my sleep. The ones that I normally get were out of stock, so I tried these new ones. Terrible experience. The patch doesn't have a strong glue so it keeps coming off. Almost immediately I put them on. Needless to say they don't last on my feet during the night. Strongly advise people against buying these ones.
