Pyrex 3059023 Pizza Plate, Glass, Flat, 34.5 cm

How did I cope before pyrex?. Love this tray. No more picking baking paper off the back of pizza or scraping it of a "non" stick tray. quick shove under with a fish slice and pizza is off in one fell swoop!, bottom of pizza is suitably crisp and the wee hole in the middle i assume is to let air reach the middle of dough as not had a soggy middle so far.. Retains heat for about 20 mins. Be careful not to run cold water on it when hot or it will likely crack. . Washes up easily and been through my dishwasher no problem. My metal pizza trays are in the bin and i am ordering another one as i have not see this item stocked in many places.

I have had this Pizza Plate a while. It it really good as you can put it into the oven when the oven is hot. It is also dishwasher friendly although I must admit it does not get too dirty anyway. It can be taken straight to the table and the pizza sliced on the plate. Have used this in the oven for a variety of foods - would not be without it. Fits quite nicely in my bottom oven when not in use.

just tried to lift mine out of the oven and it fell apart, I have not knocked it or dropped it has literally cracked in the oven. I have had it for two years but expected it to last much longer

The plate is good, but has as small hole in the center. Not sure what for - moisture perhaps?. It basically means that any oil of grease escapes and drops through the center of the oven.

Not convinced these are genuine pyrex but they do the job. I ordered 2. Mine came in terrible packaging and one arrived chipped due to it clanging around against the other one inside a large box with the bare minimum bubble wrap. If you're buying more than one I'd recommend buying them separately to avoid any damage.

Struggled to find such a large pizza plate that was also neutral in appearance (or colour). Being clear this is ideal, and being Pyrex, the quality is excellent. Be aware that the triangular shapes are raised - I suppose that they figure that this design helps you to cut the pizza better. I'm not sure if I would have preferred a flat plate, but it does not affect me enough to mark down my rating.

Daresay it's my fault for being a man and not much of a cook at that, but did not spot the hole in the middle, which may be fine for pizza, but other foods nicely drain via the grooves and leave a real mess underneath. The plate itself is well made and the one star is for me!

Le plat à pizza est robuste, ne tâche pas et résiste aux chocs. La répartition de la chaleur est homogène et la cuisson est régulière. La livraison est rapide et efficace.

Le produit semble de qualité. Il suffit de huiler la surface et saupoudrer de la farine avant d'étaler la pâte et ensuite aucun souci, ça se décolle facilement après la cuisson.L'entretien est aisé : bien laisser refroidir, ensuite on peut quand même le laisser tremper un peu (le trou central, une fois bouché par la pâte cuite garde une certaine étanchéité jusqu'à se ramollir). Lavage rapide et facile.Le plat peut servir à cuisiner autre chose que la pizza : en effet les plats avec revêtements c'est de la me...de pour la santé quand bien même même c'est une grande marque telle que De Buyer, le revêtement finit par coller aux aliments (c'est du vécu!). Quant aux plats inox de qualité, y a pas grand chose sur le marché et non seulement c'est hors de prix et en plus la pâte colle davantage que sur ce verre.J'espère que mon expérience sera utile aux amateurs éclairés de la bonne cuisine saine

facile d'utilisation can on peut couper la pizza sur le plat qui a servi à cuire. attention au trou au milieu: même s'il est utile pour un bon croustillant de la pâte, quand on coupe la pizza du fromage peut couler par ce trou, donc plt à placer sur une surface lavable.
