Amtech J1800 3 Piece Bearing Puller Set

I bought these to do a repair job on my car. As I'm quite happy and confident to tackle most car repairs (and I have time to do it), it was much cheaper to buy these (even if they only survived the one time use) than to get the job done at a local garage. Buying all the replacement parts and this puller kit together was less than half the price of the lowest quote I got. Less than 2 hours later, all done.These pullers are DIY quality and would not pass muster in a professional environment but for occasional use, they're fine. They're cheap enough to just put on the shelf afterwards. Well, you never know when you might need a puller!Delivery was very quick and they were exactly what I expected them to be so no problems.

Having used these pullers a couple of times now, I can say they were adequate for the need required. I doubt they would work so effectively in a more commercial enviroment but for the home DIY enthusiast they appeared to work fine.

Paid extra for quick delivery, did in fact take longer than expected, not worth paying extra for. Quality of pullers is good, excellent tool, did the job required. Good value for money, highly recommended.

This was so reasonably priced that I was surprised at the strength and ease of use. This was a very good purchase and has been used to replace wheel bearings easily.

I haven't yet used these pullers, they certainly look like they will do what I want

Very poor quality. I used the largest one of the three and the thread stripped with very little load. It also looks like one of the legs has “stretched” but it may have been poorly cast and I just didn’t notice.

The feet are quite short, as another reviewer said, and i found the pullers impossible to use without first mounting a plate behind the bearing for the feet to purchase.The pullers themselves are adequate, but the weak point is the thin metal plates that connect the arms to the body. On a tough job, they just tore.These things are OK for a one-off use or if you have something that doesn't need a huge amount of force. I destroyed 2 out of the three on one job.

Good price for limited use, specific need.Most sets are considerably more expensive.The purchase would have been even better value if it had been possible to purchase a single item rather than the set of 3

Consegna come al solito puntuale e precisa. L'articolo e' di buona fattura visto il costo. Usati per sostituire i cuscinetti del motore di una lavatrice,si sono comportati in maniera egregia. Ho dovuto cambiare qualche dado, ma mi ritengo soddisfatto del prodotto. Acquisto consigliato.

Muy buenos no son acesa pero para un particular son espléndidos yo ya los ose y perfecto sin ningún problemas

Excellent and very useful tools. Robust construction, good quality worked like a charm. Not much to say about some very simple very functional tools. Great buy.

Primo acquisto in Amazon che mi lascia con l'amaro in bocca, prodotto non di alta qualità, non rifarei l'ordine, sconsigliato.

Valen la pena por el precio, aunque son muy sencillos. Los tornillos/tuercas de las articulaciones vienen muy apretados, y si los aflojo para permitir más movimiento, con el uso se van aflojando solos.Necesitaba solamente el más pequeño, para sacar la pista de un rodamiento interior. Lo tuve que rebajar con la radial para hacerlo caber, cortar los brazos y hacer agujeros nuevos en las pletinas para hacerlo más corto, pero me funcionó.Las otras opciones que tenía para sacar esa pista del rodamiento eran más caras, y con esta tengo 3 extractores, que seguro que de otro apuro me sacarán.
