Works well but only for 10 days
The sensor and app are easy to use, very convenient. I recommend their usage, but my sensor only lasted 10 days, not the advertised 14.

Good, but stopped working after 10 days
Purchased the sensor to monitor glucose level. The item was easy to install and the app works very well. The only hick-up is that the sensor stopped working after 10 days. The product is supposed to last 14 days, but for some reasons, the sensor was no longer reading data and the app was unable to connect to the sensor. This is not acceptable given the sensitivity of the usage of the product.

Worked well all 14 days
No issue at all. However, if you face any, just contact freestyle customer service and they will replace it for you, but you need to keep the box along with the capsules that comes inside and the seal that contains the item number identification. They will give you one voucher that can be used to exchange at the pharmacy brand they will inform you and that's all. :)

the sensor ended in 5 days, i thought i should get 14 daysthis thing is not cheap and at this cost your expect a fair and honest service

Worked only for 1 day the 3 sensors
I bought three sensors and they worked only for one day, which is supposed to be 14 days eachI contacted freestyle and they refused to return the product and replace it with a new oneBe careful as it can be just waste of money

Disappointed
I have bought this product 2 times before from a pharmacy (no stock left) so I decided to buy from here, I am very disappointed as i have got the full 14 days from the other products but this one I bought here only stayed on for 9 days.
