I do like this bottle. It is great for work and gym. It's so big and reminds you to keep chugging . But it does get heavy when carrying around and full.

It's so big, I was able to cancel my gym membership because lifting this is a workout. I frickin love it, I have water at my desk all day.

Love this water jug. I love the straw that pops up to drink out of, so you don't have to pickup the jug every time you drink out of it.

Easy to use and the grip is great for a gallon! The lid was easy to open and close with the bottom. Quality and material is not cheap

I'm going 3🌟 here. It's a water bottle, so my initial thought would be, "it's hard to go wrong" but I think my nit-picks are going to add up.1. The over-button latch has alreasy broken off. The button and actual mechanism are strong, so by itself, not a huge gripe.2. The handle has already been damaged. The cut outs that work to keep the handle attached have broken off. Likely, because of the strength of the particular plastic chosen for these pieces (handle and latch).3. It isn't the greatest to unscrew the cap. Its definitely on there, which is weird since it is vented really well and doesn't build up a vacuum. But everytime I go to uncap it, to fill, I am definitely very cognizant of where I'm putting pressure because the second the flip top breaks, it will be entirely unusable.The benefits? Its definitely tricking me into drinking more water. I don't think it has anything to do with the time/messages... but just having a gallon of water with me, I'm hitting the bottom much sooner than expected, causing me to refill, and drinking even more. Specifically today, I drank two gallons and as I'm being a night owl, I just filled it up for a 3rd gallon... but it isnafter midnight.I would say this is great for an adult. If a child were to have this, for some reason, I'd expect it to be broken in very short order.

Had this for a few days now. I noticed that every time I take a drink ( I don't use the straw rather tip it back) it leaks on my chest.
