Product has changed
Not happy at all. I have always used diprobase for my eczema and it never would sting. They have “improved” the formula and now it stings. There is nothing worse than applying cream and having it sting. You have lost me as a customer

Changed formula - no longer suitable for eczema
Ordered this expecting to get the original (pictured) eczema cream/emollient. The ‘updated’ formula and bottle arrived instead. Thought I would give the cream a try anyway. Realised instantly that the formula was completely different - and not in a good way. It’s super thin, irritates eczema and has a putrid smell, kind of like PVA glue. Don’t buy it if you have eczema - my eczema is usually well managed and hydrated but using this as a substitute for the original formula has made my eczema flare up everywhere.

Product I received is NOT what is shown in the picture!
The product I received is 'thinner' than usual Diprobase.I received Diprobase Advanced Eczema cream, not the Diprobase that was shown in the illustration picture.The primary ingredient in 'Diprobase Advanced' is water, whereas normal Diprobase has water as its lowest ingredient. Quite a difference in contents!

Not the Same
Bayer have discontinued the Diprobase as we knew it. The new formula's main ingredient is purified water and is nowhere near as good as the original formula. Would not recommend, especially for very sensitive skin as it has left mine irritated. Why Bayer have changed a winning formula I do not know. The original was the best emollient on the market. Not any more.

Goodbye Diprobase
I have used this product all of my life. The new formula I cannot use and I even question the validity of this product. Reverse effects to the normal version. Flare ups and intense stinging and itching. Surely this is not the end of the forever reliable diprobase ?

Wouldn't recommend for eczema
I have used many different types of eczema cream over the years and have even used diprobase in the past with no issues.This cream really stings my eczema and has caused a really bad flare up due to the cream irritating my skin. I now have 1kg of cream that I cannot use because it hurts too much.

Different to what's advertised and irritates eczema
The ingredients and formula are different to what's listed in the ad - missold!! And the worst part is it irritates eczema

Product replacement is poor
This product is not what i ordered, it appears that the diprobase cream i wanted and need has been discontinued and replaced with this advanced formula product. I wouldn't buy again, the new product stings my skin rather than sooths.
