Arrived next day! This seems to be very well made for the money, equally as good as the big branded ones that sell for many times as much. The controls are intuitive and the heat output is good, and very controllable using the press button controls and digital read out. I like the fully enclosed handle, it gives it a chunky feel and look. There is an assortment of nozzles which are all usefull, they do feel a little less secure when fitted than I would like, but they do the job if needed. I could live without the scrapers provided and would have preferred a lower price tag not to have them (we've all got scrapers, who needs anymore?) Overall, great piece of kit, hope it lasts as long as it looks like it will.

I purchased this heat gun specifically for vinyl wrapping a car. This has made the task easy. The temperature and airflow is easy to control and with the added feature of storing 4 presets the selection of various settings is quick. The item is well constructed and has thoughtful details such as the ability to stand vertically so you can use for those smaller jobs 'hands-free'. While bought for car wrapping, this will be used for may other jobs around the home. Excellent value for money.

Being able to control the temperature from 240 up to 640 and the fan setting from 1 to 6 is the strongest feature. This is a professional grade heat gun that can handle heavy-duty work that normal household heatguns can't.

Better quality than I expected at the price. Temperature control seems good. Only one criticism: the nozzle diameter is different from most other heat guns, so other makes of nozzle won't fit. I want this for plastic welding and the plastic welding nozzles I have are too small to go on. Luckily I have the facility to make a simple adaptor, so not insurmountable problem. If you can't do this you might find you can only use the standard nozzles supplied with the gun.

This feels like a well made heat tool. It's not too heavy either. I particularly like being able to control the airflow. Sometimes my resin work requires a gentle flow of air, sometimes it needs a more powerful airflow. This heat tool allows me to choose the correct setting that I need.I also like being able to have more control over the temperature. Most other heat tools have only a ‘high’ or ‘low’ switch for the heat setting. The variable digital display heat settings are great with this heat tool.... you have so much more at your fingertips.It also comes with various nozzle attachments. I tend to use only one, but the other ones look great too - if you need them.Price..very reasonable. Speedy delivery. This is my first time buying from this particular manufacturer but I would happily buy from them again if I needed another DIY / work tool.Regards, Sooz

This is a solid product. I like the digital output and the two switch settings. The first setting is great for shrink fitting plastic wraps for electrical. The second setting allows you to really turn up the heat. The attachments are ok a bit of a effort is needed to attach some of them but they do the job. It would have been nice if this product came with a case but overall I'm happy with its function.

Got this unit about half a year ago. My subject line sums it up best. Powerful, and very adjustable., both in airflow AND temperature. Heat-shrink Sleeving, Solder but connectors, this tacklife unit makes short work of those jobs. I've not tried paint stripping with it but am sure it will do just fine. Has several accessories with it for specialised tasks like pain stripping and a very useful gadget that protects glass if you need to work close to a window.Summing it up ? Delighted with it and would buy it again.Recommended.Albert

I thought all heat guns were simply on/off - with maybe two heats. No, this thing gives you heat range from 50C to 650C, and a fully controllable fan speed. It also comes with a variety of nozzles so that you can direct the heat accurately depending on your task. I've used it for fixing LCD's, shrink tubing, and various other things. It's great.
