To be fair this isn't going to make your lose three stone but it definitely adds some definition to the skin and the placebo of confidence itself is well worth the cost. My partner swears by it.

Bit ambiguous about this it's a hassle to apply and to be honest I would rather do some sit ups etc. However if that's not for you then this may work but I rarely trust this sort of thing. Horses for courses I guess!

I bought this product being very skeptical....but what can I say!!!! My skin is firmer and toned.... Use this in combination with exercise....it is not a miracle worker but putting it on twice a day I have definitely noticed a difference!!!The price on Amazon is fantastic too...I have seen this being retailed for £30.00 elsewhere and I bought it with a third off....!!!
