Well packaged and came with all described items. The QC cord that came with the headset did not work which was very disappointing because I despise the stretched out, far too long, space-consuming one my job issued. When connecting the QC cord to my phone system I got nothing, not even dead air, just nothing. I connected the headset to my old QC cord and was relieved to find the headset worked. I was going to purchase a different headset from this seller; but seeing that it was not compatible with my Avaya phone system I found this one that was, so it is not a compatibility issue, or at least should not be. CHECK YOUR PHONE SYSTEM FOR COMPATIBILITY BEFORE PURCHASE!SO, ON TO PERFORMANCE...FEEL & WEARI've been using this headset for a week and I love it compared to my company provided headsets. The leatherette earpiece cover feels so clean compared to foam covers that tend to collect dust, makeup, and bacteria over time, without a very effective way to cleanse. I am able to use a Clorox wipe to clean the earpiece daily which is wonderful. The earpiece is also very padded and comfortable, it does not put undue pressure on my ear or cause redness. The head strap is fully adjustable along with the mic tube. The tube rotates to the other side as needed with a clicking mechanism that actually prevents the tube from falling over time and keeps the tube right where you need it. The headset can be worn on or behind the head and stays on without too much slippage when worn behind the head. The headband is not excessively tight putting pressure on the side of the head or causing irritation. Best is the headband DOES NOT TANGLE IN HAIR.CALL QUALITYI am still trying to determine call quality of this headset and really hoping it turns out great because of how awesome this headset feels. I've had a fair amount of callers say they hear an echo on their end since connecting this headset a week ago. Previously, this occurred possibly once a month. I have experienced a fair amount of feedback when trying to raise the volume on my phone which has been disappointing as this limits my ability to adjust call volume as needed. For the most part, the sound quality itself has been fairly clear without static from the headset itself. I've had no complaint of callers being unable to hear me speaking or of static on their end, only the increase report of echoing.So far, the headset gets four (4) stars, because I am really disappointed the QC cord didn't work, I was looking forward a new QC cord and really don't want to pay for a new one. Had it worked, I would give the headset five (5) stars, since I cannot determine whether the increased echo is coincidence or due to the headset. Once I can confirm I will update my review, possibly use another headset for a couple days and compare.

5 sets later I finally have a set that works. I started cheap and kept going up in price. You get what you pay for fits here. And compared to the ones that IT told me to get these are inexpensive. Work would not pay for the headset that is compatible. The set that they offered were cheap and fit in one ear. These are super comfortable. Nice fit on my ears. Not too tight or loose. Dulls my office mates voice out. I have difficulty hearing so taking a call while she is also on the phone makes it hard. These headphones make it easy. Sound is crystal clear. I could not be happier. (FYI I left a review on another set of headphones, they did not work. They were the most recent ones to pop up on my order page. They did not work). These are the ones I actually meant to write a glowing review for.

They didn't work at my job...noise cancellation ended muffling my voice so clients could not hear me, volume controls didn't sync up with phone, adaptor vendor sent me did not improve the situation. The headset itself looks really nice and of high quality but make sure if your using this in a corporate/call center setting, check with management or HR on compatibility or if they have a list of headsets they know work that you can reference. It very much can be company phones are older models or refurbished, which his why I had issues.

I bought this headset for my job. I frequently on the phone, either ordering equipment or joining conference calls via Skype and this headset has come in handy. I can easily wear this and be hands free to take notes on the computer or locate relevant files. Installations was easy, just simply plug it into the headset jack on my work phone. I can easily switch back and forth between the headset or the handset. Sound quality is excellent. I have no problem hearing others on the conference calls and vice versa. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a headset so they can be hands free at work.

I work in a doctor office and take many many calls from patients. I need to be hands free to type on the computer while talking. My job bought cheap ones and patients could never hear me. I bought these for myself. Have not had one issue since using for the last 3 months. And helps keep the background noise to a minimum in our busy loud office. Highly recommend

UPDATE: as this items is supposed to work for either ear, the one I received must be defective and the seller is working with me to resolve this issue. I will update the rating to an appropriate score when the functioning unit is in my hands and I can test it.

This headset is fairly small. For the earpiece to cover my ear, the other side is above my ear - pretty uncomfortable - and the microphone has to be almost in your mouth or the noise cancelling feature does not even pick up my bass voice. even worse, the length from the earpiece to the mic is too short, so I can't even talk with the mic in front of my mouth because the ear piece is now on my cheek instead of my ear -This may work fine for smaller individuals, but for guys like me - forget it .

The sound was simply horrible and my customers couldn’t hear me well
