Baby Ben loves it!
I have to say when I first got it my little boy was only a few weeks old and I myself, was quite disappointed with the contents I think I was expecting it to be abit more exciting. He didn't seem very interested in it at first but then again his attention span was very limited. However, I persevered with it daily and he is nearly 5 months old and he will watch it on repeat play. He kicks his legs to the music which bounces his chair - he absolutely loves it!!!To me it was worth the money in the long run and I don't feel like I am just putting him in front of the telly to watch any old trash - its educational!! I am considering purchasing another one.

Most excellent video. Buy it
Another great video from Baby Einstein. In this one, Vincent Van Goat (!) presents colours. The English version is dubbed perfectly well, but in any case, there are very few spoken words - just the name of each colour as it comes up (unlike Baby Shakespeare, which has lots of speech). The puppet shows in this one are particularly funny.I think this is one of the best of the series (although, based on reviews on this site, I haven't bought Baby Newton or Baby Bach as they seem to get bad write-ups).I also recommend Babies Mozart, and Shakespeare, and Neighbourhood animals. Beethoven was fine, just not such a hit with my baby.

Babies Love it!
I am a massive fan of the Baby Einstein range and have not been disappointed by Baby Beethoven. My baby girls are instantly transfixed by the colourful and uncomplicated images which have a soothing effect. However, Baby Mozart is still their favourite which works like magic to calm them down when they are upset. This range is better than any dummy or tv programme for calming down babies. They love it and can watch it time and again.

Gives you time!
Generally good range of videos. Can hold my babies attention for 15 mins whilst I tidy the kitchen without feeling guilty that she's not learning anything. Animal one has been the most interesting to her.

The best dvd...
I have many baby einstein dvds for my daughter to watch...this is the best. My daughter loves these dvds, smiles and laughs to them. I think they are excellent for learning and keeping them happy. My daughter is 5 months old and she has been watching them since she was 3 months old. She enjoys all of the dvds even though some are for 9 month old babies.

good
These were recommended to me. My little granddaughter is not so much fussed by the visuals but she loves the music. she will stop what she is doing to 'wiggle' to it. A good way to introduce little ones to classical music and colours / art. well worth the money.

Little advance for my 13 month but still enjoyable
Good but not as exciting as Baby Neptune or Baby Einstein Number nursery which really hold my little 13 month's attention.I suppose it will be more enjoyable in a few months when she actually knows her colours!!! Prob a little advance for her right now
