SIDIZ T50 Air All Mesh Ergonomic Office Desk Chair : Ventilated Mesh Back and Seat, High Performance, Adjustable Headrest, 3-Way Armrest, Adjustable Seat Depth (Gray) + Detachable Seat Cover (Blue)

I've had this chair for only 9 months and I'm already thinking about replacing it. When it arrived I expected something that would fit the average person, not only a 5' 6", 120lb person. At 6', 195lbs the chair is too small. The seat is not wide enough the back is not sturdy enough. The recline component has creeped further and further back with time, now find I cannot comfortably rest my back when I want to sit up at my desk. If I want to work at my desk I cannot lean against the back at all now.OVERALL: Very poorly designed only fitting the smallest 10% of the population, but made with ok materials, has not broke other than the recline creep. I wish I could return it.

Prior to this one, I tried Steelcase Leap, which was a good chair... except my but and back were getting to hot! So, I sent it back and ordered the Sidiz one - very comfortable, mesh back and seat, although on the seat I use included padded cover. Does not make me hot and provides good support! The feature I especially like is that when you lock the back in a particular position, you basically restrict the range of back movement - you still can lean forward from the defined position and still get back support.

Well I hope Amazon approve this review as all prime customers can make wise decision and their time is valuable.I am young male who have assembled many products in the past.The problem I had with this chair is that I found two holes don't match up while assembling the backrest and the seat pan. You can see the backrest and the seat pan are perfectly lined up in the photos I attached, and I still see two holes don't match up. The customer service replied that I didn't put backrest and the seat pan correctly lol and told me to maybe disassemble everything and re do it.It took me more than a week to get this chair because the T50 air is not prime item. And, I needed a good chair as my work extended remotely working period. I went to Lowe's to get the tools and disassembled then assembled the product again. I spent so much extra time on this, and still the two holes don't match.I am going to return this, but I am just so annoyed that I spent so much unnecessary time on this.Thanks for reading a review.

This chair is absolutely stunning! Super simple to assemble and ooooh so very comfortable! I went through two other chairs around the same price point and this one beats the others by leaps and bounds! I am in love! So happy with my purchase!!!

Due to the pandemic, I have been spending many more hours at my home computer and I was having all kinds of neck issues It finally dawned on me just how awful my previous desk chair was because it was not properly fitted to me. I am an average sized woman 5'3" and desk chairs are made for an average sized man.OK this chair has changed my life! It provides support, it doesn't cut off the circulation in the back of my knees, doesn't make me raise my shoulders when I have my elbows on the arm rest, the mesh seat doesn't stick to my thighs. I do need a foot rest, but that is a small price to pay. One problem was the assembly. The pieces did not line up at all and needed all sorts of pushing and prodding and various tools. A less tenacious person would have returned it. Fortunately, my husband is tenacious.

I am extremely disappointed with this chair. I have a severe case of arthritis (rheumatoid + ankylosing spondylitis) and needed an ergonomic chair for my office at work. Based on the pictures they use to advertise this product, the chair would offer both lumbar and head support, but that is not true. Only head support is available, while the backrest - that is devoid of any special structure as opposed to what is shown in one of their pictures - is made of a mesh that does not provide great lumbar support itself. It actually feels sagging towards the end of the day and I am not a tall/heavy man (5'9"/180pounds). I contacted the seller to report that they were offering something based on biased pictures that don't depict the real product to be delivered. I sent them pictures and wrote a report hoping they would offer a solution such as sending an attachable lumbar support given I am unable to disassemble the chair for a return. They said they were sorry for the inconvenience and that they would eventually change the information on Amazon (FYI it has been weeks since my report and the information remains the same). And that was it. I now have an expensive chair with limited functionality and with comfort nowhere near other chairs at similar price range. If like me, you struggle with pain and need a chair that is effectively supportive from a seller that will be there for you in case you need them, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Great chair for the money. I have an Aeron at work and the T50 Air is more comfortable and has more adjustability for much less money. My favorite feature is the adjustable depth seat cushion. I'm short and the seat depth adjustment perfectly positions my legs.

The chair arrived in terrible shape. The box had a giant hole and dust & a bug got in. Fresh out of the box, the chair looked.... used. Was it someone else's return? The base of the chair had a irrecoverable damage. Contacted Sidiz and they promised a replacement of the base but no tracking information. That was two weeks ago. I'll update if and when I receive the replacement part.
