Fablon 45 cm x 2 m Roll, Black

It is a long time since I used Fablon and I was not disappointed with the results.I used it to recover a wristboard on my computes desk slideout which had worn away in parts with much use.The process was made even easier by the handy grid on the backing sheet.Happy to recommend and will use again.

On going project but after stripping some of my beautifully made cabinet i didnt want to paint over it, the sticky fablon was easy to work with, as the width was smaller ,I pressed over with a warm iron and cloth to get the crisp edges ,since over 4 weeks I've disinfected polished and washed with soapy water ,not immersed, and it's stayed put, hopefully you can see reflection in door of chess board love love love the stuff, want to Fablon everything ;) just peel off to change colour, its strong so wouldn't rip it of any antique furniture but perfect for protecting and colour changing furniture till you decide what to do with

Difficult to work with on larger projects as it sticks to itself easily, which meant I had to bin one strip. I managed to fit it on my aquarium in the end, and it looks okay. It's overpriced for what it is though.

Really happy with this and easy to put onto furniture stuck well and cleans well

i was looking for something that would be thick and durable enough to last a long while.Very good product ,much better after taking lots of time to smooth it out so not to cause bubbles.The adhesive is not too bad but you do only get two or three peal backs before the adhesive become weak.For us it was perfect for creating our new setup and studio.

Does the job but poor standards

Brought this to cover some items to match the stereo, DVD player and to raise the sound bar so all the speakers can be heard.Covered to items to make supports for the one end of the sound bar and the other to raise the DVD player to sa not to have a big gap between it and the sound bar.Took very little time, put the items on the wrong side, as this has markers to help you make straight cuts, decided what I wanted to cut and which bits I didn't need, cut it and then peeled off the backing attaching and smoothing it to each side in turn, then smoothed over the two end bits and no one knows that they were not piano black before, or that they are not the composit, that they use for the speaker surround.Easy to clean, wipe with a duster, or if need be wipe with a damp cloth, looks as good as new.

Sticks well, easy to apply with the tool and is a nice jet black. Nice shine too.Currently looking for the next surface to do - much to my fellas despair 😏
