Got for nephew and his wife. It was a nice set and nice Christmas gift.

Every bite was deliciously hot to the very end, I have never enjoyed a steak more. With this stone, I feel like I can slow down and take the time to savor and enjoy every bite instead of trying to eat it before it gets too cold. It does take time and planning to get the stone hot enough to cook on, but it is worth the effort. The bamboo tray has a stainless steel insert that catches drippings for easier cleanup. The stone is so smooth and polished that food doesn’t stick and cleanup is easy. It stays hot for a long time, simply amazing! Works great a tray to keep food warm too.

This is a really cool product BUT if I were to go back in time, I would have gotten the one that has the grooves for the meat juice to gather in.

Cracked in first cook!!!!Do not buy….Its waste money…

My fiancé and I love using this stone to cook wagyu steak that is cut very thinly. We recommend putting a fatty bit onto the hot stone to prevent sticking. We use this stone a lot more than we expected to use it.
