Brilliant but very tiring
This is a great deal and feels sturdy and you receive a small mat with it, however the only flaw is it is very tiring 😂

strengthen your spine before
wonderful and sturdy, very soft and firm for practicing exercise. but strengthen your spine before in the gym to practice this exercise, because as it is a difficult exercise can injure your spine and become sore as it happened to me, and with this it is 3 weeks that I can not use the pain because of so much pain

Just what i needed.
Easy to put together. Rolls smoothly. Can take a very heavy person using it. Well made and great value. The only thing was this was a present and the box arrived extremely battered. Had to give it to her without the box.

As described, good quality, really stable. Came with a little pad for your knees, it is a really useful plus to the order. Recommend it to anyone looking for a wheel and at such an amazing price!

Great core workout
I bought one of these after asking my calisthenics group what is the best exercise for core strength, Dragon Flags or Leg Raises? A load of people came back and said for me to try an Ab Wheel. I am sceptical of most exercise equipment but I am really pleasantly surprised.There are plenty of videos online where they advise on the best exercises dependent upon your ability, but I am definitely a convert.The wheel is well made and pretty stable, I weigh approximately 95kg and it handles my weight pretty well :)For the price, you can't really go wrong!

Easy to use, good value for money.
Effective for exercising core and abs. Easy to put together and use. Regular use will for sure strengthen my abs and hopefully help me slim down!
