I’ve been using it now for a fortnight and it’s been a very handy item wings fold away they don’t have to be open to use the heating element and the added cover is a bonus! It’s rained so much I’ve yet to fold away and store it!

I bought this for winter to keep the cost of Energy done… welllllllll don’t bother.. the box was broken , had 6 yessss !!!!! 6 Different names and address stables on it with a big hole coved in Silver duct tape… When opening to inspect all the wiring was exposed and loose….When Presented with photographic evidence and a return label and paying to get it retuned I was eventually refunded, but not for postal return… Save your money and buy you something different

Not as good as hoped it takes for ever to dry clothes , quite flimsy . Very disappointed

Purchased this having looked around at a few of similar type. Easy to set up, plug in and switch on.It is slightly smaller than I expected and quite low to the ground. Having said that, it takes a full load of washing, heats up very quickly and dries the clothes.There is no timer so don't forget about it or your energy saving will come to nothing!Comes with a cover which keeps the heat in. For the price it seems to work as expected but you might want to pay a bit more and get something bigger with more controls.

Good for space, dries clothes well. Easy to assemble.

Brilliant purchase with the addition of a cover too, dries clothes very quick and heats the room up aswell.

A good buy for what this product is if like me there is little to nowhere to dry clothes any other way. The only issue is that you will not need to buy as an extra item the cover to help dry clothing on this product faster as this dryer comes with it included as standard.

Initial thoughts on this when unpacking was, it seemed like this items was not new, but had probably been sent out to a customer before. The packaging on the outside was not sealed and when taking out the contents, it all seemed to be packaged illogically. The instructions were useless, no guidance on assembly of the legs to the airer. It then became clear that the legs simply didn't fit to the locating lugs. The airer had been assembled incorrectly and they just didn't line up to clip in place.I have requested a return due to the items having a manufacturing fault, and they expect me to pay for the return of a faulty product. I am not returning it because I don't like it.. I'm returning it because it has a fault. Happy to have either a full refund or replacement, but not pay for this out of my pocket. Let's wait and see what response I get when calling them. If I get the my money back in full or a replacement and collection of the faulty product at their cost, I will alter the rating and give credit where it is due. In the meantime I would not recommend this product on my experience to date.
