Comfortable
I used these for my C section scar. They do not stick to my cut. They are very similar to what I used in the hospital.

Solid medium size pad option
I’ve used these post C-section and am very pleased with how they’ve worked for surprise flows. I am fairly picky about pads, as I don’t like the plasticky feel of a lot of more expensive brands but am concerned about them leaking or falling apart. These work well for me because they are thicker and long but not as big as pads from the hospital. I imagine they might not be sufficient immediately after a vaginal birth, but they have been great after a C-section. The reason for four stars is because the adhesive is a narrow strip that doesn’t seem very sticky, and the ends are strangely long.

Used to cover my c-section incision
I used this to cover my c-section incision. These saved my bacon! It gave enough cushion so that my underwear and pants wouldn’t dig into my wound. It soaked up any and all fluids perfectly. I did not use the adhesive part so I can’t speak to that.

Total disaster
Thought these would be similar to the ones from the hospital. Hated the weird extra pieces on either end, what is the point? And the sticky strip is small and kept pulling away so there was no way to stick. Do not buy these!

Definitely not maternity ward quality
I've given birth twice, so I can say with some authority that I wouldn't trust these for postpartum use. I'm using them for heavy overnight perimenopausal bleeding, and I don't even trust them for that. They're not wide enough. The absorbent material kept shifting and bunching up inside the outer liner, so that I was essentially left unprotected just where I needed more protection. The single strip of adhesive was dicey. They are, at least, soft, which is important when you're healing.
