11 year old grand daughter enjoyed these
My grand daughter has moved on with her taste in things. No longer is she interested in pink glitter, unicorns & dolls. She's now into Five Nights at Freddy's type things! It's not so easy to find something for girls her age who no longer like glittery things. She really enjoyed making these little vases. She thought they looked "cool". They were not difficult for her and she enjoyed putting them together. Now we are going to look for eith fake plants to put in them, or some cacti.

Fab product
Our 8 year old has loved making these. It is quite tricky to push the parts together so do need an adult to help.

Gorgeous!
I really enjoyed making these. The instructions were fairly straightforward and everything you need to complete them is included. I added in the fake succulents and I think they look great.

Cute, fun to assemble, practical-ish!
The media could not be loaded. Great fun! I waited until I had a bit of downtime at Christmas to assemble these. There are three in the packat and I did the one with most pieces - the Cat and the one with least pieces, the Koala. Obviously the Cat was a slightly more difficult build, but not fiendish, unlike some other brands that I have tried. All the pieces fitted, and unlike some other brands I have built, don't rely on tiny wedges to hold the item together, instead in several places glue is compulsory and based on similar previous builds I used glue throughout. There's a perfectly good tube of wood glue included that is very precise if you don't squeeze it to hard. You can see the 90 min build of the Koala in the time-lapse video above. You'll possibly note that the surface glue decorative items I left until the end. In the instructions it tells you to put them on during the build, but when doing the Cat I found this complicated matters and you had to stop for the glue to dry a bit before moving on. And on that one I'd definately leave the ears off to the end if I built it again as they get in the way of final assembly. There's also a Pup, which I haven't made yet.Overall a satisfying and creative way to spend an evening that leaves you with flowerpot holders. How long these will last with spilled water is anyone's guess, but it doesn't matter. The build is the thing.

Absolutely Great Crafting, Making Fun.
Our Daughter who is 11 years old just adored creating these, she loved building each one and then colouring the pieces to suit her desire. She now has planted some baby strawberry seeds and they are now just starting to sprout, she is very proud of them and as for that I would definitely recommend this set.

Lots of pieces
These flower pots come in so many pieces so it really is a bit of a labour of love to put them together and suits children aged 8 or 9 plus I'd say. They look so cute when assembled but I would worry about putting any plants in there where water would leak from the pot onto the wood so think we'll just keep ours for succulents.
