Vans Unisex's Old Skool Classic Suede/Canvas' Sneaker

I have used them for over a year, maybe 18 months, almost every day. They are comfortable, stylish and go with everything really. I am in the process of buying another pair to replace my old ones. They fit as expected.

My son is the biggest fan of these shoes and requested them for a Christmas present. I was a little hesitant to buy at first as the listed price was much less then elsewhere. When they arrived they were very well packed and definitely brand new and authentic. The size was just right and very good quality as expected. One very happy son.

Perfect! I absolutely love the style hence why I bought them and the size is just right, really comfy. The material is holding up and it has a nice firm sole. However it is slightly annoying you have to lace them yourself and I've had to put plasters on the back of my heels every time I've worn them since purchase as the material really does cut into your heel but overall a 10/10 purchase, exactly what I wanted.

I don’t typically have problems with how shoes fit me, but with this particular pair - even though the size is right - I’ve had a huge amount of rubbing and chafing on both of my heels. Even under some reasonably thick socks, the shoes made my heels bleed for the first week/10 days. This doesn’t appear to be a manufacturing fault. It’s just how Vans make these.That said, I like the design very much and with some creativity (I’ve glued in some very small, soft heel supports) the shoes became tolerable and eventually normal over time.

I was looking for a perfect christmas gift for my partner and searched the web high and low for vans. I even went to go to the high street stores but the prices were £60 to £80. I had a look on amazon and these were just £35 which was a complete bargain. These shoes fit perfect and can be used perfect in the summer and even in the winter.

I love my old skools! best shoes ever. they go with most outfits and if you look after them properly they will last and look like new! weirdly i rather appreciate the engineering that has gone into the soles. no mud stays there forever. anything easily comes out which keeps my shoe clean. it might be the material that makes nothing stick to it even gum comes off easily. I have 2 pairs, one for work and one for general wear. my boss even lets me wear these shoes because he thinks they are cool and doesn't let anyone else wear other shoes. old skools for life man!

After reading some reviews I was debating on whether or not to buy a pair of my first Vans. I went and did abit of research and found out this is an authentic Vans outlet store which made so much more sense. I then decided to buy a pair and upon arrival I was very impressed. I liked how it was packaged, I also like how Amazon used paper packaging instead of plastic wrapping or boxes. It will take some time for me to break into these and will give it some time before I come back and update my review. All in all I am happy.

Really pleased with my purchase. Best price I could find having checked in store and on the internet. Really comfy. Ordered my regular size, despite reading reviews that said the fit was American sizing. Enjoy wearing them and can understand why this style and colour has become so popular.
