No, it’s 65” at full length so won’t go as short as 30”. Ernie Ball do one that’s similar that may go that short.

This strap will extend to 145cms.

The ends of the strap that attach to the metal strap lugs on the guitar are made of a type of leather. The strap is of a nylon type material and the length adjusters are plastic.

No, I'm afraid it won't. I have mine on a ukulele and it's at 38" end to end (not including the tie) and only able to go about an inch shorter.
