Ok, got this based on reviews (which I have learned to pay attention to).It took some time to figure out how to lock the handle into place after extending. Ah, it's the orange collar on the join that needs the twist, not the poles.I didn't find the pad to be very absorbent, the washing solution I used just dripped out. So, for some of the work I draped a terry tea towel over the head to increase application of the cleaner. The extension did reach to the very top of the tiles, so that was good.The shape of the scrub pad gets into the corners. The side edge of the pad reaches where the walls meet, and the pointed top edge gets to the top corners where the walls meet the ceiling.What I found lacking was a raised ridge (or row of short, very very stiff bristles) anywhere on the pad face that would allow scrubbing the grout between tiles. The grout is lower than the tile faces and the pad does not compress enough to get into the grout crevices. So, for the lower tiles the grout was a by-hand scrubbing job with a small brush, but the upper tiles are out of reach to clean with a brush and the pad is ineffective for cleaning the higher grout.The bath/shower is mostly clean, but the top grout areas are not as clean as I would have liked.Would I buy it again? I think so. The pole and head are quite sturdy, it did not bend or flex when using it and the scrub pad is robust enough to scour the tile surfaces and the corners. It took about 1 hr 15 min to do my standard bath/shower. It was a job I put off for a while because I could not reach much and did not have any cleaning tool with an extendable handle to reach the higher areas. I am really glad it's done and couldn't have done it without this tool.

If you have a bad back, this brushhead along with the handle is fantastic gets into all the corners really good quality

This product does help with cleaning my shower cubicles, but I found I still need a smaller scrubbing brush to remove dirt and grime on grout and in corners! It’s certainly a help in difficult to reach spots

Bought two, we use two daily in separate showers …. They are beautifully designed and engineered.They work well, save a lot of time and bending.I will buy them again if they ware out.

Too hard.

It is very efficient and useful. Handle tends to fill with water but I'm going to drill a little hole in the end as that may sort it out. I may get the brush attachment too. Love Oxo products.

We use this tool to clean the bathtub. Gets it much cleaner with less effort. Using it with the handle prevents you from straining your back.

This is way more sturdy than the Clorox brand extendable brush. Our shower floor tile grout gets an orange tint after every few days, which I learned is the first sign of mold. Along with a spray liquid product we bought from QVC, this tool works like a charm esp in the floor corners. We never have to squat to scrub anymore ! The competitor's brand was so flimsy that when it fell on its own from upright position, the extender would not lock anymore. That was the first thing I tested with this product and I am happier with OXO.

I originally got one for my mom. She liked it so I got one and gave it a try. I have a tub/shower combo. If you have one of those you know how annoying and precarious it can be to lean over trying to wash the tile walls without standing in the tub itself. This makes it easy. It is solidly made. Honestly, the quality of the product is phenomenal. It is very light and can be adjusted in length very easily. The sponge/scrubber is also of high quality. I enjoy the orange colour too!
