I was a little apprehensive at first as there were so many mixed reviews. To be fair I wasn't expecting it to work and thought it might cause some discomfort. I've used a boots version before, so this was not a new trial. I have fine hairs and found that 2 1/2 minutes was enough, there was a little tingle after I removed the cream and some redness, but nothing painful. I have sensitive skin, but afterwards I put some simple moisturizing cream on afterwards and this lessened the redness. Overall I have given thing a four star in the basis it does the job, but needs a little bit of aftercare.

I have fine, fair facial hair and sensitive skin. This worked really well, no stinging, quick and easy to use. I have previously had my upper lip waxed and it was overkill ( caused red marks) and expensive. Will use this in future - easy to do at home at a fraction of the price of a salon treatment.

I think it worked

I was dubious about this product as I have course hair on my chin which is difficult to remove . I made a point of soaking my skin with a hot cloth beforehand and left it on for the maximum time . The result was great , better than anything else I've tried. I will buy again but do think that soaking with a hot cloth first made a difference .

I have agonized over what I wanted to do about unwanted facial hair as I get older. I finally chose this. I'm glad I did. It worked just fine. I have very fair, sensitive skin and it did not burn or hurt at all. It removed the hair quickly and thoroughly. Of course, you have to keep redoing it, but I find I can go several weeks between times. It only takes minutes to do. I would absolutely buy this again.

I did burn myself little as I accidentally stay to long with it but everything else work just fine it does remove hair off face.Dispointed with the size based on the price.No remove equipment or face moisture.
