The jugs seem pretty sturdy. The lids not so much. One of the lids was barely bumped into by the growler and instantly cracked. Fortunately they sent a spare lid. Overall, seems like a decent value.

I buy giant containers of cooking oil at COSTCO and needed something smaller to poor portions into.I found these jugs and liked the dark color to keep the oil from spoiling.They work great. Not too heavy, but still very sturdy. They won’t easily break.You would buy again.

Considering that the last carboy I had (which was much pricier) shattered when I put hot water in it, these performed amazingly. I barely had to be careful about how much hot water I was pouring in at once (NB: I said hot, not boiling, don't tempt fate).I brewed a batch of mead in these, and it was wonderful stuff. The caps kept it sealed so that it aged perfectly for three months.

I was very impressed with this product! I use these jars for distilled water. The Jars are very sturdy! I was most impressed with the wonderful packaging that was done for shipping. The Jars were packed with Care & Thoughtfulness.

I have two, to rotate my homemade vanilla extract. They work great.

Love these but bottle tops do not accommodate a 1 gallon airlock so improvise using saranwarap, held down by elastic an the insert airlock in saran instead of cork.My attempt to sterilize bottles was problematic because bottles were not prewRmed before I added boiling water causing one bottle to Crack. 2nd bottle was fine. Although I made mistakes with my production I did learn and would buy again.

The bottles are sturdy with very supportive tops. Very useful for storing homemade juices.

This was more expensive than the rest, so I was reluctant to buy it. I bought it because of the dark shade that prevents damage from a bright light source. It is easy to handle due to the nice handle.
