Although it may seem like a simple concept, the way it was created truly works wonders. What I love is that the heat/cold pack itself it so large and removable which makes it very versatile for your neck, back, legs, etc.For the neck itself, it is extremely relaxing to use and is perfect for relieving tension for those that sit in an office chair all day! When I lay on the ground for stretching, I will prop my neck in the support to give my neck stability for stretching.10/10 highly recommended

This is a neck stretcher and ice pack by Arctic Neck Relief. It is a unique looking device that is actually really well designed.The materials are quality. The foam in the dark blue neck stretcher is well made and the cooling/heating pad is decent, could be a little better, but certainly not bad. It is soft and thin and the fabric moves pretty easy. The one thing I do not like is that it gets super cold and I have to let it thaw out for a little bit before I can use it without getting a brain freeze, which is a little bit of a downer as I prefer cold to heat, but once you get it to the right temperature, this is actually really comfortable and one of the best things I have used to combat neck pain. I lay down and my neck feels more aligned than using any other pillow even my pillow made for better alignment of my neck.If heat works better for you, it heats up in under 30 seconds and the warmth is comforting. This is a simple to use and effective neck pain relief pillow that you will use over and over again!

This product comes with a stand like shown in The picture but the stand is too high to even lay on. If you put it on your head you can use the strap but the product is a little heavy for the strap to hold it into place!

This provides a lot of support for the head, and it felt comfortable on the neck during use. It is a good size and offers ample room.It can be used for both hot and cold therapy, so it's very versatile. I am not fond of ice therapy, so I was comfortable with just using it straight out of the box because the gel still felt cool and soothing. If frozen therapy is desired, it needs to freeze for two hours and then it will provide cold therapy for a good 30 minutes before starting to thaw.Heated therapy is easy to use and only takes 30 seconds in the microwave (15 seconds for each side) unless a warmer temperature is desired. The heated therapy was very comforting and enjoyable to use, and I expect that I will use this much more than the cold therapy.The only problem I personally experienced was with my lower back. I injured it a long time ago and still have pain, and when I used the neck support it seemed to make the pain in my lower back more noticeable due to the change in my posture. While it was comfortable for my neck, it wasn't so comfortable for my lower back. I will probably have to use it in short durations to keep from experiencing any unwanted discomfort in my lower back, but I do find it very pleasant for my head and neck.
