Cast Iron Enameled Round Dutch Oven Casserole 3.5 Quart/3.3-Liters Gray……

This pot is a beautiful cooking utensil. Unfortunately it arrived, well packaged, but a very large section of red enamel, chipped off near one of the handle areas. The chip area was high, right below the handle area, and I was tempted to just keep the pot because it appeared to be a great pot and should cook foods beautifully. But, I saw another pot, I liked equally as much, and I thought for the price I paid, I should not accept the very large chipped enamel area on the current pot. So, I purchased the new pot and returned the chipped one. No problem at all returning the chipped pot. I ordered the second pot, and all is well. I would have loved the chipped pot, and was sorry it was damaged, but it was totally out of my control.

I bought a red one green and blue. Very happy with them all.

This item arrived as a thing of beauty. Bright red outside and bright white interior, no visible imperfections on either the pot or its lid. Pleasing proportions and heft. However, the lid was out of round, with almost no way to even get a semi-tight fit. I should have returned it, but was too busy at the time.I bought this for making occasional loaves of sourdough bread, stews, etc. and it does work OK for that. But another thing I noticed was that after one or two uses the high baking temperature (nearly 500 degrees) has changed the bright red color to a darker, slightly splotchy color. Overall it's an OK copy of a Le Creuset, without the high quality.

I own several Le Creuset cookware pieces and they are wonderful, but this little off brand piece is AMAZING! I love everything about this pan. Great heat distribution and so easy to clean.

This little dutch oven is adorable, and the perfect size for smaller households or when you simply want to cook a smaller amount and don't want to haul out a large dutch oven. The bright red enamel is very pretty. The enamel on the inside surfaces is a pretty cream color.It's also well made and well-designed. It's very sturdy. The handles curve down slightly, which allows me to get a better grip than the handles on my large La Creuset dutch oven, which stick straight out. The upper rim of the pot and the outer inside rim of the lid are left unenameled so that these surfaces are a bit rougher to prevent the lid slipping off. The knob on the lid is oven-safe metal, unlike the oven-safe plastic knob on my La Creuset which broke twice.Explicit instructions for preparing the dutch oven for use, and how to wash and care for it afterward, are on a tag attached to one of the handles. So don't throw that tag out; you'll want to follow the directions to get the best use of your dutch oven. After the initial seasoning, the care is very simple.Just be aware of the size. This is a small dutch oven, not a standard size. The words "3.3 liters" and "3.5 quarts" are molded into the inside of the lid, a handy reminder of how much this pot can hold. Two pot holders are also included, a nice touch. I think this is an excellent product.

I own one of the name brand Dutch oven from London and got it as a gift. Always afraid to use as I would drop or destroy. I love this Dutch oven as it is a small size for a loaf of bread for a couple. Clean by hand and if you use parchment paper little to clean just wipe. Avoid a dish washer. With this virus still about, delivery service in our Sothern Easter Arizona (small town) fresh bread as needed. Dutch oven 3.5 quart just right size. Love this little guy. Happy to recommend.
