This item was easy to install. The key to a proper installation is to use Teflon tape and make sure you don’t cross thread the fittings. I took all this into account and the installation was perfect. No leaks at all.

This product is really easy to install. The quality seems is solid for the price, since I wanted to avoid plastic. I will be honest and say that the directions in the box are insufficient. But it’s easy to locate a YouTube video to assist you with installation.

It works very well, it was easy to install. I had a small leak issue with the handle due to the washers not fitting properly, but I used pipe tape and a different washer and it was perfect.

Wifey and I we excited to try out the new handheld bidet. Received it, installed it right away. Followed the directions, which the installation was a piece of cake. Very simple. Everything worked out great, till the part when everything is installed correctly and as soon as I turned on the water flow, and all was good. I left the bathroom and when I returned two minutes later, there is a puddle of water on the floor. The leak is coming from the connection area of the hose and the bottom of the handle. No matter how many times I re-screwed the line to the handle and tightened it, it still leaked. I wanted it to work out so much. The product looked good and it worked great. Water pressure was perfect but it leaks. That’s no good. Test your product before selling it…

Only thing not great is the limited range of the hose which is quite stiffOther than that a great quality product. Took minutes to install works perfectly no leaks great install - please don't be intimidated anyone can install this.

We bought this variety of handheld for the coiled hose versus other varieties’ hoses that touch down to the bathroom floor and look like they could get twisted around. Hose stretches far enough and easily enough for use, then coils easily back in place. Nozzle holder does not sit straight up and down on our toilet tank model (see picture) but seems to hold the nozzle without issue. The directions are sparse so it may be helpful to watch one of the many videos on installing handhelds generally, but it’s pretty straightforward. Note that the T-Valve piece that attaches to the toilet does not thread all the way up on our particular toilet model (see picture) but we used the provided rubber gasket and have no leaks. Easy to adjust the water flow via the water inlet valve on the T as well as via the nozzle spray handle as you get used to it and learn to use it to clean this way. Easy to use the handheld in front for #1 and in back for #2. Color is a brushed steel and coil hose color is gray. Great price, would purchase again, hope the quality holds up over time. 5 stars
