The media could not be loaded.  In the video, I cleaned a small container of blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries. Look how dirty the water was.This does help remove the waxy film on fruits. I haven’t seen any bugs in my water yet, so I’m not sure if I’m getting lucky or it isn’t drawing them out.The charging dock is neat but it flashes when it’s charging. I put it on the charger for a 6 hours and it was still ‘charging’? It doesn’t really specify on how to properly clean it and dry it.I don’t like that you can’t hear the beeping noise signaling that it’s done cleaning, set a timer or you’ll forget.Make sure to stir every 2-3 minutes to allow your food to get fully cleaned.

I am a cancer patient who must always eat fresh fruit and vegetablesBy washing using this tool I don't have to worry about traces of pesticides or other chemical compounds on fruit and vegetablesI, too, decided that it won't do any harm to use it on my fruits and vegetables but it might actually be effective at preventing ingestion of pathogenic microbes. I'm a healthcare provider with a solid background in the sciences and the technology implemented here involving generation of a hydroxyl radical to kill bacteria and break down toxic residues makes sense. I'll continue using it.

Would be 5 star... because I Really loved this & it worked amazing, for the 1st couple of times.... would REALLY like a Replacement, because like I said- it worked amazing, until all of the sudden it stopped producing the bubbles/cleaning? 🤔 I was just not positive who to contact??

I was skeptical before using this. But i’m shocked with how much better my fruits taste. Cleans very well, removes loose seeds/debris. Recommend!

It actually cleans the fruits and vegetables from the residue that remains on them. The fruits and vegetables taste wonderful. I would not hesitate to purchase another one.

Stopped working for no apparent reason. Charges up, then discharges instantly when put in water. Don't waste your money.

I was skeptical on buying this, because I had seen it online a few times. But it really does clean your vegetables and you can see all of the stuff that comes off of them rise at the top of the water.

I purchased this vegetable purifier in February and was initially quite satisfied with its performance. However, in May, it suddenly stopped working. I was disappointed, but since the product was still under warranty, I contacted customer service to seek a replacement.I must say that the customer service was excellent. They promptly responded to my request and shipped a replacement unit to me. The entire process was hassle-free, and I appreciate their quick action to resolve the issue.However, I am disappointed that the original unit failed within just a few months of use. I had expected it to last longer, given the price I paid for it.Overall, I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the company.

When I bought it I was little bit confused how it would work but after using Fabenix Fruit and Vegetable Cleaning Machine n it seems like it does work as described. Earlier I used to wash veggies and fruit in warm salty or baking soda water but I never seen this kind of dirt in water as I saw after using Fabenix Fruit and Vegetable Cleaning Machine. My vegetables and fruits look fresh after wash. When placed in water it starts bubbling thing n looks like it removes toxic substances. It's easy to use and change. Overall I am impressed with the product .

Not a horrible item

My vegetables and fruits even smell fresher. I don't have to peel carrots and small potatoes anymore, which saves me some time. My daughter who saw mine and does canning bought one also because all the vegetables that we feel are safer to eat and it saves her a lot of time, ne peeling.
