I have tested this for over a week.As a heads up, I have had fitness trackers for years and a few smartwatches. At the moment, I have a Fitbit Sense 2 and Google Pixel Watch.The Taopon comes well-packaged and easily slips into your letterbox. It comes with a charging lead and basic instructions about downloading the app and connecting the watch to your phone. As is customary nowadays, it does not come with a plug. So if you don't have a spare USB-B plug, buy one on Amazon.It is very military in design. It claims lots of robustness, which I can believe, but I never tested it to destruction. It is big and seats higher than other devices I use. It means the case gets knocked a few times but shows no signs of knocks or scratches.It has many different watch faces you can use from the app. So you can find one you like. The size allows for a clear display, and I can actually read the time without my glasses, which is really useful.The big size also allows for battery life I find incredible. It lasted nine days, and when showing empty, it lasted another 24 hours. It compares to my Fitbit, which needs charging twice in the same period and the Pixel watch, which needs charging four times. The downside is that it took about 4 hours to charge from dead fully.It does lack data analysis, as you can see from the screenshots for the same run above. It auto-detects exercise, but if you want to see it on display, you need to start the activities on the watch. When done, it will show you distance, calories, and steps where the Fitbit will give you more breakdown with fat burn, cardio, peak and zone minutes.Likewise, it monitors sleep, telling you average, deep, light, and awake minutes. In contrast, Fitbit will give you all that REM sleep, a graph to show your sleep pattern throughout the night, a sleep score, tips to get better sleep and even a sleep animal depending on your sleep. And this continues when you compare the two. Do I need or will I use all that data? If you are training for something, it will be helpful, but for the average person, they will only look at it a few times.One thing this watch does the other doesn't is blood pressure. I don't know how and the accuracy, but it is helpful to see any trends.You can't use third-party apps here. It means the smart is limited. You can't you use the watch to pay, use maps, read emails, etc., which is available on the Pixel watch. Again are these important to you?So this is long for an Amazon review but short for a general review. The conclusion. It will make a perfect present for yourself or anyone who wants a first smartwatch or a decent fitness tracker. It is not as good a fitness tracker as the Fitbit Sense 2, which has a load of data you might never need, but it is not a smartwatch as it had no 3rd party access. It is less smart than the Pixel watch, which has a very short battery life. The real crunch is the price at the time of writing. It is £39.99. Fitbit Sense 2 is £269.99, and Pixel Watch is £379.99. So if you want a robust, long battery life and a bright clear display that works well as a fitness tracker, I recommend this.

I have the watch more than a year now and it's a brilliant watch for the price I paid. The battery lasts a lot of days (I have turned off the movement activation).

The watch is good in itself and fairly easy to use but the only thing wrong is that it just stopped working after 15 months for no reason went to bed with it on as usual and in the morning it was not working so very disappointed thought it would last a lot longer as it is a very rugged strong watch.

You write a good review because it seems to be doing everything you could ask...especially for the price. And then it breaks past the warranty...not even 10 months in it is useless. There is no company to contact for support or warranty therefore I leave this review. So if you want a short term investment this might be it...long term look elsewhere. Previous watch for similar lasted more then two years and then they stopped making it or I would go back there...

All the features seemed to work fine and the quality of the watch was great, but for me it was why too big, so my advise is to take a close look at the size before you by it.

Our eldest (13) has had a mobile phone for the last year and has been quite jealous of our smart watches. We decided to get him one for Christmas with enough functionality for him to make the most out of. At this price point this watch is perfect, screen resolution is clear, has a phone finder function and comparing the heart rate measurements to my Galaxy Watch 5, its similar numbers. The design is (IMHO) very tech-modern and something our boy will love.Haven't tried the sleep tracking but this will be something we are keen to promote as hoping it helps our eldest focus on sleeping longer 😁Can't fault this.

Great watch ive had Samsung and Huawei gt watches and none come close to this.The Battery life is brilliant fast charging when you need to.I get notifications that Email or Messenger, whats app, message via phone, are received.It monitors Blood pressure, sleep. Blood oxygen levels, will do all activities running walking swimming, and loads more.The best smart watch ive had and ive tried a few.Does everything you could ask of a smart watch and more change the face with plenty of styles.Really easy to use and setup.It really is a great watch.

Die Uhr bei Amazon bestellt, am nächsten Tag war sie schon gut verpackt bei mir. Dann erst mal über Nacht geladen, am nächsten Morgen die App FitCloudPro mittels QR-Code auf's Smartphone installiert und die Uhr damit eingerichtet. Ohne Probleme, alles leicht verständlich. Die beigefügte Bedienungsanleitung benötigte ich nicht. Meine Erfahrungen nach 3 Wochen: Robuste Uhr. Bisher keine Gebrauchsspuren! Das Glas ist wie neu, trotz Tragens während der Arbeit und Hobby (Motorradschrauben). Beim Duschen lasse ich sie an, macht ihr keine Probleme. Das Armband macht einen soliden Eindruck und die Uhr lässt sich angenehm tragen. Die Akkulaufzeit ist hervorragend, irgendwo zwischen 8 bis 10 Tagen, obwohl ich die Funktion Blutdruck- und Pulsmessung als 24 h-Dauerüberwachung eingestellt habe. Die Werte für Blutdruck und Puls liegen nicht schlecht, vergleichbar mit den Werten meines NAIS-Oberarmblutdruckmessgeräts. Die Uhr hat so viele Funktionen, die kann ich hier gar nicht alle aufzählen, exemplarisch: Schlafüberwachung, Schrittzähler mit Streckenberechnung, ich kann Musik auf Smartphone steuern (Spotify), telefonieren..... Und auch wichtig: die Uhr und die diversen einstellbaren Display-Anzeigen sehen seriös aus, nicht so "Mickey Mouse"-mäßig wie viele andere Smartwatches auf dem Markt. Ich würde sie mir jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Ho acquistato questo Smartwatch perchè ero da tempo incuriosito ma non volevo spendere troppo per questo genere di prodotto, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso perchè oltre ad essere molto bello esteticamente (al polso ha una linea davvero elegante e fine )è anche funzionale.Io l'ho preso di colore nero e la fattura è davvero ottima, leggero, il cinturino è comodo, morbido e non segna e cosa importante è di buona plastica e facilmente interscambiabile per poter cambiare colore ogni volta che ne abbiamo voglia.Al momento posso dire che anche la durata della batteria è eccezionale e spero vivamente che si mantenga così nel tempo.Altro punto a suo favore è il fatto che è impermeabile e quindi davvero comodissimo sia per gli sport in acqua che al mare o se ci si vuole fare una doccia senza toglierlo.Che dire: io posso solo che stra consigliarlo perchè per mi trovo davvero molto bene anche se lo sto usando da pochi giorni tant'è che sto già pensando di riacquistarlo per fare dei pensierini di Natale.
