Ok so today was my first day using this combo and I must say the Apple Cider Vinegar pills are strong but I like it. I ate breakfast around 8am and took (2) Apple Cider pills 5 minutes after and I forgot at 3 I didn’t eat lunch. I ate a chicken salad and a tangerine for lunch but I had plenty of water threw out the day and a Gatorade. The Tumeric pill I took 45 minutes after the salad and I felt it working about 6pm. It was a little discomfort so I’ll use it once or twice a week not everyday. But it definitely clean you out. Please make sure you drink plenty of water but Gatorade is my passion lol. I didn’t have jitters at all. But you still need to workout some sort of way that will help a lot. I go to the gym just for the elliptical or treadmill for 30 to 45 mins.

I ordered the Turmeric and Apple Cider vinegar as a package. The Turmeric is an easy to swallow capsule but the Apple Cider Vinegar tablet is big and hard to swallow. I replaced the Apple Cider tablet with a capsule and it is working well. There is not much of a flavor to the Turmeric so it's not an issue. As far as pain relief, I did not notice any change but that was not the reason I purchased this product.

Great products. Taking to increase my metabolism and to decrease inflammation in my joints. My workouts are on fire with these two supplements. They start working within 3 days of taking the product. I will be buying this bundle package again.

I was taking another kind of ACV product and decided to try these because of the 2 pack and it was only $3 more than the other pills I was taking. My 1st initial thought when opening the ACV pills was that it is in tablet form instead of capsule form and that the pills smelled like actual ACV, which I don’t mind because it’s a good thing that it smells like the actual thing. A lot of people are complaining about the size of the pill and that it’s hard to swallow, I personally don’t have a problem. It’s about the size of a multivitamin. Since switching to this product I have noticed my mind is more clear, I’m generally in a better mood, and I have more energy. A huge difference compared to the other ACV pills I was taking. I haven’t really noticed anything with the tumeric so next time I will just buy the ACV pills by themselves.

What I liked about this product is that. It's easier to take better than the liquid apple cider vinegar. What I didn't like is that the pill is to big to swallow. But other than that. It was good. I didn't have any side effects taking these. I would take them again and I have told other people about this product to take if they perfer the pill rather than the liquid.

This combination seems to really help me curb my appetite. I have much less mid-afternoon cravings when I used to. Between using these products and some calorie counting, I'm losing weight.
