My saviour!
I haven’t tried the product yet but I’m sure it will be very useful. It is beautifully and securely packaged with a slider seal. I bought this product because of the complete lack of bread flours and decent fresh bread in the UK so using wheat gluten together withstandard flour is my best option. I love making my own bread and this wheat gluten will be my saviour during this awful Covid-19 pandemic!!Update: I made a 100% Rye ((whole meal) loaf with the addition of this wheat gluten - usually it’s a solid brick but this time it was amazing - well risen but with the lovely chewy texture of rye! Amazing stuff!!

Will purchase again!
I've been wanting to try gluten out as a burger / steak / chicken type replacement, due to my unfortunate range of allergies to other substitutes. I am super happy, and as you can see from the attached image, this has produced a gloriously meaty burger minus the meat! I'm looking forward to trying out some other recipes, and I am sure that I will be purchasing this product again.

Faith restored in bread machine
Brilliant product, arrived early.Had parked my Panasonic bread machine in a dark corner and there it had stayed for three years, had got fed up with dense uninspiring loves and heavy rolls, today I used this for the first time and bingo soft fluffy wholemeal loaf which came up so high it stuck to the lid of the machine, can't wait to work my way through all the recipes I despaired of. Will never be without.

Wonderful stuff. I made vegan spicy unribs from Miyoko Schinner’s Homemade Vegan Pantry book. So easy and so chewy and ‘meaty’. I’ve bought three lots of this product now.

Great for making seitan
Great product which I used to make seitan (lots of recipes online). It turned out brilliantly-once cooked I fried a little with some smoked paprika & soy sauce and you would swear it was smoky bacon. But no carcinogens and far better for you (and animals). Will be a regular purchase.

Great for body builders & vegetarians
This is great to make protein bread - I used it to make both seitan & a protein dense bread using rye flour - a great ingredient will be ordering on a regular basis- great for body builders & vegetarians too

Is the best flour to make toast, it raises very well.Is perfect to male Keto friendly bread.Am disappointed is out of store now for some time.I really hope it comes back to stock as soon as.I highly recommended it.

Low carb bread making
