I ordered these PLEMO Sports Insoles for Trainers Walking or Work Boots Shoes, Comfort Gel Insoles Absorb Shock and Nicely Shaped for Foot, Well Cushioned and Reinforced, Size 7-11 for my husband to use in his shoes at work. As he is on his feet most of the day he needs some extra protection for his feet.They arrived in their own box which made it clear what was inside.They are a good thickness but also soft and comfortable at the same time so give good protection. You can see the cushioning at the bottom of the insoles too which are good for absorbing and reducing impacts so would also be good for the gym/running too.To fit you simply cut to size. My husband is a UK size 9 but just wanted to point out the sizes on the insoles are in US size so make sure you cut the right size!They are black on the upside so fit and look good in any shoe.My husband has been wearing to work and so far he has said they are comfortable and feel nice in his shoes so he recommends.I enjoy leaving reviews to help others in their purchasing decisions and hope my review has helped today, and if it has please click the "Yes" button below my review. I have some simple daily running trainers from under armour. Not the softest but good quality trainers.I bought these for a quick upgrade. They’ve made a huge difference.Pro tip. Take out your old insoles lay them against the replacements and cut around it for a perfect fit.These insoles were 8 time thicker than the ones that came in the trainers.Very comfy. They noticeably absorb impact in the heel and can feel the gel on left off at the ball. I’ve found my feet are less sore from a long run.

Got these to put in cricket shoes (which have fairly hard soles and spikes) since they came with very flimsy insoles. Feet were getting very sore after a few hours out in the field with them, especially on dry, hard ground.Have used these insoles for one match, and they definitely help cushion impact coming up through the spikes, and make things a lot more comfortable. Balls of my feet didn't feel like they'd been attacked with a steak hammer afterwards, which was good. And in general, felt a lot more "springy" and agile during the game due to the extra support and cushioning.Fitting was easy (just drew around the old insoles and trimmed the gel ones to match), and the cut I made was pretty much along the suggested trimming line for my size.Very happy with these, especially for the price.

I used these inside one of my regular daily shoes for about a year until one of them tore in the heels. Overall they are bouncy and comfortable, but probably not stable enough for sports involving side to side motion such as football or basketball. The sides of the heel sections are quite high, and cup around your heel. I ran in them a few times and they were OK, but not at the level of performance insoles made for running. I would recommend them as long as you know that they probably won't last more than a year under normal wear and tear of daily use.

Supportive insoles for running, nice and lightweight. They provide the cushioning I needed.The sizing on back seemed abit odd but was still the size I requested. So no issues there.Have quite high heel area compared to standard insoles so that's something to note if you buy

Feels like a good quality product that will last the life of my new shoes! Hard wearing foam with material top cover. Softer silicone gel bits as described. The heel cup holds my foot well in position in my overlarge size 9 boots exactly as I'd hoped for! Only reason for the loss of star is the size guide. After reading previous reviews I cut the 10 line for my size 9's and there was a gap at the front. So without cutting I tried to fit them in my boots and they fit perfectly? This doesn't affect comfort as well my toes don't reach that far so in practice the insoles feel just as comfortable in each boot. So if you had size 12 shoes these might leave a noticible gap at the toe? Regardless, I'm very satisfied!

Good pair of insoles, at a pretty good price. Fit my size 12 shoes but I wouldn't buy these if you have 12.5 or 13 size shoes. The blisters I got from running stopped and they feel nice so can't fault them really!

My summer walking/hiking/trail shoes are coming up for 3 years old. The insoles were worn through in a few places and were becoming uncomfortable to walk in. The outer soles still had plenty wear so thought it best to see if new insoles would make them bearable enough to walk in. £7 for these insoles or £100 or new footwear. No brainer. Used the old soles as a template to cut to fit and in a minute I was ready to go. The dog was summoned and off we went. They're much thicker than the old insoles and it took a couple of miles to get used to them. It does feel as if you are bouncing along a little but that feeling soon dissipates and they cushion my feet well from the uneven ground. So a week on and 30 odd miles later I am very pleased with their performance. More comfortable than the original insoles ever were. Don't hesitate to buy these.
