Good support
This pillow is comfortable and supports your neck and shoulders, I've been able to finally get some sleep after getting this. I suffer with nerve problems in my neck. Would recommend getting this.

The pillow is far to big and made the pain worse you can't send it back so I put it in the bin

Got this as I was waking up every day with a sore neck, must say it has helped, you can take the cover of to wash not like some others
