Excellent flash in both automatic and manual modes. Works as a slave when triggered by another flash unit. Not tried the remote units yet but have every confidence. Neewer produce excellent products at a much lower price than original manufacturers and always good quality.

Fantastic quality for the price, it feels quite heavy and sturdy and the flash works flawlessly, very good kit for anyone starting out.

This is an excellent product and works perfectly with my Nikon D5300. I am a hobby photographer so my use is less intensive. Don’t be put off and waste money on other branded products.

The flashlight came with a frame in the light section detached on the day the product arrived, which shook around when the camera moved. It annoyed me very quickly but it's pretty easy to take off the front two built in flash diffusers with a blunt knife if you're careful. Once I clicked the frame into place and the two diffusers were pushed back on and the product worked like it always should have. The flashlight itself is great, but just be warned that it may arrive with poorly attached components... at least it did for me.However, as I said, the product itself is great and the flash is ace for the priceP.S. Yes I know I could have sent it back and got a new one, but I'm a very impatient human being

Well when I say damaged it was not broken. However the silver clip that surrounds the actual flash bulb inside the head had come off. I had to take it apart to clip it back on. Amazon did say they would refund and I would have to send back. Far to much hassle as needed to use it the next day. So fixed it myself.The flash itself is good. It works well. The recharge time is quick. It's quiet aswell. The focus motor is quiet. The recharge of the flash is quite. Not like my old one that used to squeal when charging. Then had a high pitch noise when waiting to fire.All in all good flash apart from I had to do a repair job on it before I could even use it.

Excellent product, I purchased this item for use with my Nikon 3300 it works really well, I used it at a family members wedding, results were extremely pleasing, I would not hesitate to recommend, amazing value.The only negative is the instructions, they really don't assist, however gave me a laugh!

I received the item today, attached it to my NikonD7000 and took 5 images before there was an extremely loud bang and the flash head stopped working! Fortunately my camera is undamaged...as far as I can tell. However, on removing the batteries I found them to be extremely hot, so much so that I ran them under a cold tap to cool them down.I really liked what this speedlite was meant to be capable of but I'm sending it back asap.

Magnífico producto para iniciarse en el mundo de los flash es, tiene mucha potencia y es de construcción robusta.Las instrucciones están en inglés pero se entienden, aunque se le pueden solicitar al vendedor en un español dudoso.Destaco que el kit con el triger y el receptor no funciona el TTL de manera inalámbrica sin utilizar cables (Como para una Nikon D3000 que no tiene esa opción).Si lo instalamos en la cámara el TTL, y todos los demás modos funcionan perfecto.Seguro que hay mejores flashes, pero por este precio del kit, no creo que encuentres algo mejor.

Works great with a Canon Camera, has a lot if setting to use, Manual( which I use most), TTL, MultiIn manual mode you can set the power, zoom distance( the internal flash head moves in or out to adjust for the zoom or lens size), has also a cable PC connector, a connector for an external battery pack and the internal battery compartment helps keep the flash thickness to a minimum because the batteries are in a straight row not like other flashes that are two on top of the other two. The batteries last a long time even using 1/4 to 1/2 power on Manual. Comes with a soft diffuser and also it has as part of the actual unit a wide angle diffuser and a bounce card. The wide angle diffuser reduces one full stop and if used together with the internal bounce card you loose 2 stops nevertheless the results are great as long as you keep a distance of at least 5-6 feet from a subject. Comes with carrying Bag that attaches to your belt which has space for an extra set of batteries and the square diffuser. Recommended product. Will buy it again.

Excellent flash, it arrived on time and all the accessories were neatly packed, build quality is more less what you’d expect at this price range, good enough! The flash is easy to use and quite powerful, excellent entry level flash and accessories.

Eines vorweg: man sollte sich beim Kauf klar sein, was man hier eigentlich bestellt: ein chinesisches Billigprodukt, was unter diversen "Markennamen" verschachert wird. Also sozusagen die Holzklasse unter den Blitzen. Wenn man sich dies stets vor Augen hält, bleibt man beim Bewerten auch realistisch ;-)Ich verwende zwei von diesen Blitzen zusammen mit Neewer-Softboxen und der beiliegenden Fernsteuerung für Outdoor-Modelshootings. Mit den Fernsteuerungen ist leider nur eine manuelle Einstellung der Blitzleistung möglich, keinerlei TTL. Aber nach einer kurzen Gewöhnungsphase weiss man, wie man seine Kamera bzw. die Blitze einstellen muss, so dass man prima Ergebnisse erzielt. Mich hat es jedenfalls noch nie gestört, zu Beginn eines Shootings die Blitze passend einzustellen. Durch die hohe Leitzahl hat man praktisch immer genug Licht zur Verfügung. Betrieben wird der Blitz mit 4 Mignonzellen, ich empfehle hier die silbernen Ansmann NiMH Akkus mit 2850mAh, die halten wirklich verdammt lange.Fazit: ich würde den Blitz jederzeit wieder kaufen - bei einem Neupreis von rund 90 Euro einfach unschlagbar. Man sollte sich vor Augen halten, was ein Markenblitz von Nikon o.ä. kostet - da ist leicht der 4- bis 5-fache Betrag weg.
